Wow, this coin is worth $600 Million. What´s that about? It´s supposed to have 100 million coins out eventually, right? What is so special about it?

No.

If you look at the market depth, it wouldn't take much to bring it crashing. The number is artificial.

How many tokens are being traded there at Yobit presently? Anyone know? And when do they plan to trade coins?

Be cautious with current YoBit prices as they probably won't reflect prices when the market opens on other major markets - price is high because they offered coins covered by their ICO investments so it's highly concentrated  with limited supply and high demand.
Yes. that price is yobit price, learn to read everything. the coins they are selling are the ICO coin they have bought from the pre-sale.

the prices are that high, because everyone is buying and no one selling. its market. I remember Aurora Coin went up to 12 Billion Dollar marketcap.
what makes you think people are buying alot. its probably yobit using users funds to put up walls. they own all those coins so they effectively buying selling to themselves. see yobit history there volume has never been more than 50-70btc before ethereum

agree.

its fake volume, fake price. its saying nothing about Lisk real market value. its just useless. the plattform itself is real. you can try your luck. everyone claiming different is a scammer or get scammed.

the only question is, how can WE  use it to scamm people, because people want to get scammed. they call it fun.

so enough real words. lets continue with pictures of nudity, drugs and talk about fast cars. that what members of this thread like (it seems), agree too?

What isnt, read there blog post on the website!

Its a great platform that can change things in the world for the good

We just need Dapps to start working and boom ! top 3 of coinmarketcap.

I see, it´s going to change things in the world for good. That´s a new one. And what is being traded isn´t even coins. I can´t imagine where it´ll go when it trades actual coins. Maybe it´ll go to the moon.

If Litecoin can get to $40 with relatively primitive technology, I can't even imagine how high Lisk can go

This. You have said everything with just one sentence!!

not really there are more than dozens of coins that are better than litecoin dont see them reaching so high

Are there any other coins that had the same thing happen to it? Like being put on an exchange as a IOU token, and then the real thing was released later? I'd be interested to know what happened to past occurrences when this scenario happened and what happened to the price when the real token was actually released, whether it dropped like a lead weight or whether the artificially pumped price with the IOU's gave the token a jump start?

I have invested in Lisk and am a little bit concerned to be honest.

Happened with ethereum and bittrex here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-etc-ethercoin-redeemable-11-for-ethers-official-thread-798031  and is currently happening with Augur $rep on gatecoin

This will be fun to watch when we launch Cheesy and I agree $2 start doesn't sound strange after all.

People,

Just see it this way If it can be there for $6, then a true value of $2 wont sound so strange anymore does it

So my guess is dollar 2 at start

valuation depends on demand and instantly youl see demand drop i cant see 1 dollar as a base that nealry $100million over time maybe but that depends on adoption. its obvious now why big investors bought in ico for a pump and the fact that some exchanges are doing IOU before official launch is ti hype it up for a dump.

Someone got a buy order of 6 btc at a rate of 480k satoshi so interrets is there

I assume that this, like maybe 50% or more, is a fake trade to raise the price.

i think there are people out there who pay that price. its still cheap, it could go up 2 times more  in a peak.

Lisk could go up like Litecoin to $40/BTC0.03

If Litecoin can get to $40 with relatively primitive technology, I can't even imagine how high Lisk can go

Ethereum vs Lisk are you ready.

Because people easily become crazy about instant 10 and more times profit. Also in crypto you have no guarantee that certain price will sustain.
Hence many investors prefer to sell when they have opportunity to do so.

Right, but those who sold ETH at $1 are not happy at all. Don't make the same mistake with LISK!

Selling with profit is no mistake Wink

when you bought microsoft shares at their ico or google shares or apple shares, you were a fool to sell it before it went x100.

Keep the profits running, and cut off your loses. Then, even when you are trading 50 times with loses and just 10 times with profits, you win.

And i agree marketcap of $600 Mill. or $6 a lisk is pretty high

How you can name ICO investors fool if they sell for XX-times profit instead of XXX-times profit if they didn't have your current knowledge that Microsoft/OrWhatever became a big success?

Potential big success vs already big success is a HUGE difference.
