The single biggest mistake was stating a real date as an estimate. If they had said "We are planning to release around mid-April", none of all this would've happened.

We're arguing into a worthless debate mates... 
If you look at the Lisk project as a long-term business, you won't have problems concerning soft delays like this...
When you scheduled something with huge pretensions, delays are almost natural, not implying scams, dev lazyness and stuff like that.
Just my opinion but, I think it's more efficient to concentrate in the development of Dapps.
Complaints regarding this delay don't make any sense right now.
Enjoy and contribute into the coming future of LIsk!!

how? the ico funds are in escrow... nobody can touch them until lisk mainnet launch...

If Lisk launches on April 11, some people will pump n dump it on April 12 to buy Waves & receive their 1st day bonus of 20%from Waves:

Question. I have my passphrases downloaded and stored on a usb drive. MUST I "validate passphrase"? I don't want to share my private key... the whole point of a public and private key is never to share your private key....
You must validate your keys, as I know it is mandatory and that is why we have delay because a lot of people didn't validate their keys
I really don't want to. My keys have been accepted, I have stored them offline. I don't see the reason to validate the keys. It doesn't feel right to me...
No it's not mandatory. This answer i got from LiskHQ when i asked about my friend which cant validate her passphrasses
She generated the correct passphrase? If yes, then all is good.
