I think most people agree 1 person should only host 1 delegate but stuff like that is going to be hard to enforce without participation from the community.
I've already made the personal decision to only vote on 1 delegate by the same person if they choose to have more than 1 delegate.

So I'm guessing so far that on April 11th everyone will be forced to use c-cex to trade Lisk at launch since there's no confirmation of any other exchange to use at the beginning?
Nobody forces you to trade on the 11th.
I advise to wait for a more legitimate Exchange, C-Cex only has volume from weird alt scammish like coins.
Could be wrong but I advise to wait.
And still 10 days to go for exchanges to announce they will trade LISK.
I used C-Cex several times. It is an OK exchange. But I think it is not an exchange based in English speaking country.

In addition: the smart creator of Eth Vitalik drives the egocentric nature of his project which, in a total contrast to Lisk, does not obey any natural circumstances (ES3 has a little to do with ES5, the same goes for ES6 vs ES5, well almost: ES6 is mostly syntax sugar for the newcomers from Java and similar OOP misconceptions). And Lisk does by JavaScript which is practically the programming standard for the next developers generation! The smartness in combination with egocentrism may mean a premature dead of otherwise great idea because no one needs and can cope with new factors (programming technologies in this case).
About CIA's facebook and similar projects: no one wants to be monitored and implanted with server / central solutions. People tend to easily forget the basic idea behind BTC.

With the amount of users that keep asking when this coin will hit an exchange i will be sure to set my by orders very low and use my bag to put some sell pressure.. causing you to panic and sell your LISK too early.
