If LISK takes half of ethereum's market cap, then each LISK will be worth:
(1113817 BTC market cap)÷(100000000 LISK) = 0.01113917 BTC/LISK
(1113817 BTC market cap)×0.08 = 89105 BTC divided between Max and Oliver

The proof of stake model used is a Delegated Proof of Stake first pioneered by another cryptocurrency Bitshares. Lisk retains the initial default setting of 101 delegates in Bitshares. Origins
The Lisk project has been carved out of Crypti, another cryptocurrency, when some members of the founding Crypti team disagreed with the direction of that cryptocurrency. The team behind Lisk is Max Kordek and Olivier Beddows.

Technically, it's not a cold wallet anymore. But you can simply store the passphrase and use it years later.
