This is one of the major advantages of Lisk over the other networks. Running the dapps on sidechains instead of the main chain makes it much more scalable. As many servers to run dapps as are needed can be added to the network.
Bitcoin and Ethereum are trying to address scalability with what amount to patches on top of the core technology, like Lightening Network for Bitcoin and State Channels for Ethereum.
With Lisk, scalability is built into the core design from the ground up.

I would be worried if those two buy walls were not there. When btc rallies people wanna jump on that ride hence the sell off. They dont wanna lose satoshis.

Is it me or Lisk need a new/better way to handle delegates and reward associate with it ?!?!!??!?!??!
It is a big mess, trying to find who to vote for, how much they share and how many lisk I am accumulating from each delegate.
And I am even not talking about the big "monopole" around the 101 delegate and referral voting system in place...

Delegates are a basic fundamental of LISK, I think the DEV team should handle it with a better interface and RULES !!!

I think working out a better way to do the voting system is on the lisk agenda.

Where can i find news about the voting system? When will it be ready?

that's definitely a good thing, let's see how much volume it adds

Do you maybe have some better source for checking the trade volume than coinmarketcap.com? They still didnt listed cryptopia or even coinchech, second biggest lsk holder with almost 10 million lsk.

Unfortunately not, the only way go directly the exchange and check there

The big guys (whales) want to buy our Lisk for a cheap price, those who sell when the price goes down play their game.

Cryptopia Exchange lists LSK! This is a good  signal to buy LISK now? - https://yeenot.today/catalog/news/180

The more exchanges the better  Grin   I've just tried it out, the LISK deposits are very fast confirming which is good to see.

So not Lisk one of the lower classes got up when Lisk pressed below 8k (my nerves could not stand and I poured them) so the whole market was in a half-ruined condition, and then everything went up. And wherever I went, everything grew ten to one hundred times, the main thing was to merge at the max price.

Just browsing through new press page and saw that the number of employees is 44 but in the team section of the page the number is 36. Guess its not updated yet, that info on the team page is more than a month old and they did hire more people in the meantime.

Just read the whitepaper. Am a little disappointed, to be honest. It's basically a copy of the Crypti paper, and it's very light on details. If you're going to have an ICO, I want something more in-depth and technical than that. I recognize that I can read your code, as it's on Github, but that's not usually my preferred method for coming to an understanding of a complex system. My time is short these days, and digesting code tends to take much longer than understanding a higher-level description.
I bought into the Ethereum presale because every detail had been clearly exposed in its white and yellow papers. With Lisk, there are too many undisclosed details at present for me to feel very comfortable about its future right now. Maybe if I read the code and compare it to Crypti's... but that's a time-consuming proposition.

Why complain about the whitepaper? It was more than 2 years ago... a lot has changed and improved since then, it's not even relevant anymore.

Clueless!
Just an aside from my previous post on this thread of me never getting windows 10 and Lisk Nano to work with LISK for xfer etc..

I DID get the new LISK HUB download for windows 10, to work, however (whew!) ..so just deleted Lisk nano...in that it never worked for unknown reasons

anyway, just in case someone else had the same trouble with lisk nano on windows 10 back in the day ...and have not used the lisk hub yet

again, lisk hub for Windows 10 worked just fine.....just to clarify my previous posts on lisk nano not working further up in the thread

brad

So was it all your local problem after all or you are not sure? Does anyone have/had same problem with liskhub or nano and windows 10?

Yeah, it was just local with lisk nano for me...was tossing it out here in case others had this problem to tell them that the windows 10 version of lisk hub

worked just fine....probably overkill...but seems it was only me...wakes a person up when Lisk nano says 0 funds...then when I got on lisk hub a month ago

on the web version ..all was fine....anyway, the NEW lisk hub download for windows seems to have solved my problem ..(if just my problem I may have

been just talking to myself) anyway, why I tossed the info up before I tried lisk hub windows version (I just needed my hand held I guess) Smiley

Lisk is although good project but the team is delaying everything thats why price is no going too much up because so many projects came after lisk and delivered their product, but i trust liskfrom start and hopefully price will go up in future,
