Yes. Lisk is cheap and wil become cheaper every week. If you didn't sell out after ICO you should wait some weeks more. It will bottom out some time after the BTC having. Maybe in a month or two....

Why do you say LISK will get cheaper.
As soon as first DAPP is available, it will skyrocket.

There are better solutions for that. Just look on stratis.
