well yes .. if you submit your address then yes in beginning you can chose yourself what address you'll submit..
but it will be so you have to submit the address from your eWallet

If my memory serves me right, piuk made a fee optional in the beginning of April...
BlockChain.info's MyWallet has atleast 100% growth since then.
I'm a LTC miner myself, and I like the fast transactions with fee...

its for getting the transaction to go way faster..in your local, you can set what you want to pay of fee..

It's a domain problem.
Since the refferal spam to get CO.CC domain, many firewalls and AV with Web and Phishing protection decided that the domain it's just bad for everyone.
I've add you domain do my exception list (also NOD32 user) and now I'm proud owner of wallet at your site.
You may also try to get another not so BAD domain name.
