hello Lathan, i'm having trouble with my account my password changed for some reason

when i click the link it takes me to the site saying account does not exist im sure it does, i login many times also i don't know how my password changed

What kind of wallet is needed to use these coins ? Site doesnt provide enough info. Where to use these lathan thing you mine ? What you do with it ? Is it possible to convert it somewhere? May someone enlighten me please whats the point really ?
