Skol!
Huh ???How  u anti the ASCI
LTC also anti ASCI in the beginning

anti the ASCI? What do you mean?

I think he means anti asic. He doesn't understand that equihash is memory intensive and therefore can't be mined with an asic miner.

Do you want a Dutch translation?

Is there an exchange you had in mind where we can trade this gem?

I think that it is a revolutionary currency
Revolutionary, are you kidding? I will stay tuned and follow the project, of course, I will mine the coin, too. But at least, at the moment, it has nothing revolutionary, not yet actually.

Thanks Smiley

We hope that every person in this community, instead of just criticizing or comparing this project to others (where the porting is nothing more than a copy and paste even without changing the name to executables), could contribute to its success, with suggestions new features, support for development and help us running nodes and seeds for having a full decentralization.

Can we get a couple of updates to the ANN thread?

1. Detailed instructions for how to set up a wallet on Windows. I've received a lot of requests for help with this but I run on Linux and can only help a little bit.
2. A list of pools where people can mine this coin? While I don't mind posting in here every once in a while, I don't want to spam the thread to make sure people are aware my pool is available.

Windows setup wallet is described on https://github.com/litecoinz-project/litecoinz/blob/master/README.md

Could you please take a quick look at this document and check it more instructions are needed?

About the pool, because they many of these are not "official" I'm a little bit scared of sponsor them until good user feedbacks. What happen if they don't give back to miners coins? People could think LTZ is guilty... do you agree with this worry ? Wink

Thanks

Wow, after Bitcoin Z, now we have LitecoinZ which has the same Equihash algorithm. It's really a new game for miners. Gamble at it. Thanks dev.

what do you mean AFTER bitcoinZ BTCZ is strong with a great community......no after lol

Yep, I hope that LitecoinZ won't fuck up a decent Z-series coins opionion introduced by BitcoinZ and great community effort to make it alive as a 100% free, no premine coins.   Personally i stay with mining BTCZ, it's more profesional project with relatuvely short history with still good potencial to jump in to buy and mine.

But of course - keep finger crossed or that project!

Well, equihash is used by many coins because it's the best ASIC killer Wink
It's good, but it is truly better for NVIDIAs than AMDs. Unfortunately, I have AMD-rigs. Anyway, I will mine the coin for sure.

Yeah you know I found a couple of Vegas 56s and 64s and I just couldn't buy it when I had the numbers in front of me at whattomine

Yes the Vega series is the best at cryptonight but that's about it. When you look at all the other algos even a 1070 holds with own. When you consider the price today i just couldn't do it....

It is obvious that forks has earned a lot. After the bitco, the fork of those immediately below it began. to me, these studies are damaging the market and looks like scam.

Feel enthusiastic, 100% for miners. As the same I have just bought AMD RX470 recently, which suitable for Equihash algorithm. Let's play.
Take it easy dude. In fact, NVIDIAs are more suitable for Equihash algorithm. Anyway, happy mining.
