As BTX has made its way back to the top of mining profitability ranks quite well now, I'd like to remind miners about Elitehash PPS Pools. Been paying 102.4% since March! Still working on a way to support both address formats. Right now I'm just using that crappy JS converter manually for addresses with 1 BTX or higher balances - the balances get transferred to the old address format and are then successfully paid (showing up on the new address, of course, they are just different formats!)

That's obviously far from ideal. I'm still working on a way to convert them automatically in the code. For a semi-automatic solution, another idea I had in mind is to make a conversion list for big enough miners that refuse to use the converter themselves, and only use that in the payout code. Then the stats & balances would stay in the new address and it would appear to work seamlessly!

Oh, Bitcore is investing in lipgloss, mascara or have partners in the cosmetic industry with their influencer - thats really good news.  Cheesy

You are all missing the major factor that separates BTX from all the other shitcoins.. It's lovely purple colour.. it stands out in the crowd.. My BTC is jealous of my BTX because it has big bold purple font.

Isn't it actually magenta (an offshoot of pink)? Lots of people were complaining a few months back about the pink logo and how they hated it. I could care less what color it is as long as the coin appreciates again someday.

The logo and colour is great. The functionality is great. The team behind it seem very clued up and focused.

What a great project. It is going places and I am so happy this Bitcoin fork had no collusion, scam or fake fanfair like BCH did with a powerful group that wanted to destroy Bitcoin but ultimately lost. This fork was low-key and never attacked Bitcoin full-on. On the contrary Bitcore strength comes from the fact it does not need attack other coins to try to prove it is superior. There was no ICO and no scam so already that means the team deserve our support and back up.

Multiple desktop wallet options including newly released Electrum. Multiple exchanges to trade on and social media outlets covered, the team deserve credit.

Looking forward to more great work from Bitcore.

Cryptopia is still a crap exchange to me, I don't understand why it's hyped that much.

It was "hyped" because it was an exchange for the small coins, it was easy to get to it, was easy to register, was fast and never scammed people unlike it's main competitor Yobit, which scammed a lot of people, freezing coins, never paying them out (suspending markets for years without allowing withdraws). That's what people liked cryptopia, it's still a better exchange than Yobit but the staff is too small to operate it smoothly, at least during the december boom, now that a lot of people left, I think it should run well (didn't really use it this year), considering how many coins it has listed (1700 markets), think about that first, it's not easy to update/manage hundreds of coins with a small staff and small income.

That is all true except I do not think their income is small any longer.

I am very impressed with Bitcore. it has a low price which makes it appealing to invest but my concern is about Limx Dev.

He is a very good coder but he has been involved with so many projects and still is working on so many projects. Will he be able to give appropriate time to this?

This coin is on so may exchanges and all wallets are ready even electrum wallet. I am very impressed.

It used to be really good and customer service would respond to requests in about five minutes. Then the masses ran towards crypto and they got more customers than they could handle and they went from great to crap. Now customer service requests take so long by the time they answer it is a moot point.

Will BTX recover? I am small time holder but it was an interesting coin.

Will Santa Claus deliver gifts this Christmas? There are some things you can count on.

I don't believe in Santa Claus.

It's time for the market to get rid of altcoins. We just need one p2p payment network. It's called bitcoin.

But Santa Claus is still believing in BTX!  Grin

Yep. He will bring me big bag of it for Christmas this year.  Grin Grin Grin

With cryptopia i had only one problem and it was fixed. So far no problems, fast, easy to use, no complains.
With Cryptopia problems were repeatedly and they did not dare for a long time. But recently they have improved the work of their support and the problems began to be solved quite quickly.

Buying BTX is something magic. Sometimes you dont want to buy and then, suddenly, you buy nevertheless...

They held my ethereum hostage for months and their site doesn't even have a secure 2FA, it's a garbage exchange.

And don't try to buy something from strangers on their webshop, this way they will reveal your mail-adres and try to hack you.
yes, exactly. cryptopia and yobit are the shittest exchange I know.
if you wana trade trade. but never keep your coin in any exchanges Especially cryptopia
dont forget to add hitbtc in your list, even though it has a really nice user interface and smooth platform for anything

@larsbalzak, try a fight with them on twitter if they are not helping via tickets, we had a fight yesterday on twitter about a user account and tweets got her account back after 3 month of calls/tickets/KYCs
