Hey guys, I like BitCore but where do you see this coin going? I'd like to think that this coin is the real Bitcoin Cash. This coin existed before and has the same if not better specs. Why would Bitcoin Cash be worth so much, is it just because of the fork and everybody knowing about it?

The answer is just one, Marketing. As we all can see, Bitcore team don't want to spend a penny for their product, not even want to get listed in better exchangers. Personally, me and my friends would buy a lot of BTX, but we absolutely don't trust about crap exchangers like cryptopia and Bit-z. And people with money, thinking in the same way..

I must admit! Everything you say is true. BTX has a great community and great devs. But I honestly feel like its not making the right moves.
I always wonder how shitty coins like Decred, BCC, Neo, Zcoin, Zencash, Minexcoin, or any of the shitcoin forks could pass BTX.
But then I realize that the marketing has been horrible. The community is doing a better job marketing it, than the devs.

Before anyone says: "BTX needs real world use." That can come after it becomes a commodity.

Although BTX seems to be moving at price intervals like ETH did.
BTX technology is too good for people to just dump it. But thats what will happen if we dont get on a bigger exchange.

I for one, at the moment, am happy that tons of people dont know about BTX. Why? because the price is still in the $20's steadily without a lot of marketing. That means once they market (if they ever do) and word gets out, the price should increase significantly. The other reason is a bit selfish, the less people who know, the more I get on weekly airdrops.. lol

Haha, I have to agree with you there. The more airdrops we get the better. Not sure what I'll do to feed my addiction once the airdrops are over. I'm sure the team are working on marketing as it's been mentioned a few times. Also, compared to the rest of the market, BTX isn't looking half bad. Its been fairly stable, I am happy with that.

Bit-Z bots works again from last night?

Finally, I already missed them. Smiley

Welcome back bots.

They have always been the backbone of the BTX trading network and some of the strongest supporters.
They are our tech children of the corn. Lol

How do you claim bitcore if you hold some BTC or is that part over.I mean will there be constant snapshots of BTC balances into the future?

Use the electrum hardware claiming wallet. You can also use it to enter private keys. Then send the BTX to a new wallet.

guys, I think i fcked up
I've enabled coincontrol and sent 60.5 btx (from a total of 121.653 btx) from this address: 15BfwbywTWcfgc1wzy5SDj7yGHk241v9nB  to this: 1DMkcsLBCSfviBTQDzwGQujDnLNNpW7pSF and the rest of the coins(61.652) have been automatically sent to this address: 1PNBugUBTbaBKKbAzUVHmsJTewMuY9jYT1 which i don't have in under receive addresses[or maybe i had it in the past and delete it,can't remember].
how can I retrieve "lost" btx ?

does you wallet still show the correct number of btx?  probably just a change address, just send the whole balance to one of your registered addresses.

yes, my wallet still show the correct number of btx. and no btx left my wallet(only some fees)
how can I access  "changed" wallet and send my btx back?

You enable coin control and you can see all your coins.
If you really can't figure it out, send all the coins in your wallet to 1 of your addresses and all your coins will be joined together.

... It goes to an address on my Coinomi wallet. I sent the tx and it shows 2 confirmations on the blockchain but it is not showing up in my Coinomi wallet. Coinomi shows current up to the correct block height but the tx still does not show. The address is correct. I don't understand why Coinomi is not seeing the transaction to its address.

The colored bars under "balance" are constantly moving and changing color. Does this mean there is some issue with the servers that Coinomi uses to get txs?
Coinomi isn't working properly for me either.  It worked last week, but recently it's not updating the balance (and after I did a Refresh it just shows 0 for the balance), and it doesn't show a transaction I received yesterday (but strangely it does show the transaction for the 1 BTX that I received today).  Another coin is working for me in Coinomi (and the cryptoid.info BTX block explorer shows my proper balance and transactions), so the problem might be something specific to Coinomi's BTX server.
In case anyone else was having problems with Coinomi for BTX: they fixed this problem about a week ago.  The issue was that their server wasn't properly handling segwit BTX transactions, so if you received BTX from a segwit transaction into a Coinomi wallet, it wouldn't show the transaction and wouldn't update the balance.

On the topic of exchanges, does anyone know what the process of getting listed on BitFlyer is? There was an announcement of LISK getting listed on BitFlyer today and now it's up over 50%. That is another exchange that we should be going after. The entire market is down and that announcement sends LISK soaring. We need exchanges like that.

So you dont have invested in Lisk?   Grin

I try mining BTX.
Downloaded SGMINER from bitcorepool.cc.
When I run sgminer.exe.. window closed. also have error opencl.dll
How fix it?

I use Windows 8.1 64bit.

Thanks.

sgminer.exe --kernel timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://bitcorepool.cc:1111 -u 1NgZ7MjHmVUuuy2Y4UMxDaVm4Me3TcNMpt -p x -I 19

I assume that you are mining with AMD cards, I have only nvidia, so I don't know how helpful is this.
Run the command from a powershell window to see if is coming back with an error.
For nvidia is working like this:

Code:
./ccminer.exe -a timetravel -o stratum+tcp://yiimp.eu:3556 -u BTXAdress -p c=BTX
