Also its user interface sucks very much. It was a long time ago since I used that exchange (during the madness of btc forks) and I didn't like that exchange not one bit. I was able to get my coins but they randomly raised the doge withdrawal limits because of those fork coin dumpers and that raised a red flag.

I've never heard of this exchange. Does anyone know it?? Is Equicex exchange reliable and trustworthy?? 

Last time I checked, exrates had most of the volume fake(like 90% more fake volume). Good luck.

Yes, exrates has the most volume for the meantime. Do we have some news or rumors that Bitcore will be listed to another reputable exchange?
There's also hitbtc but of course mostly don't want to trade there so volume's kinda low and a lot of complains with their operations and withdrawals.

It could have been anybody from the inside team and maybe a collaborative effort by all of them. The problem is that it is hardly possible to prove even for the investigators as the guys behind the exchange know how to destroy or not produce any evidence during their actions.

Exrates ( https://exrates.me ) is the one with most BTX volume at the moment but don't know much about their reputation.

Who knows? ;P All the ERC20 tokens and ETH are gone for sure.
I do not think they will come back as a cryptocurrency exchange. However, they may come back to open a payback system for people who have still funds on their platform.

They blowed away any chance to make a comeback, that is for sure. They were one of the most used exchanges for the small marketcap coins. It's a shame they ended like this, maybe a person from inside made the runaway with the money?

Hi! As I said on Telegram. I have the same problem than you. the Bitcore team contacts them and Cryptobridge does not take care about this situation. This lasts since at least two months.

Does anyone believe they can really make a comeback in this competitive market? Why should anyone entrust them with funds again. I think I wouldn't although I was lucky and didn't have anything there.

This is also my question. Just bought a few BTX on Cryptobridge but there is no way to withdraw them. WTF?

Indeed, the Twitter account only says they have took back the keys of the officice. I do not want to speculate on this. I just hope it will be as fast as possible

I didn't know cryptopia was the biggest BTX hodler. 648k from the total suppy of 21 millions which is %3.08 of the total supply. Wew. (I know cryptopia is an exchange with many customers) And What is even more interesting that the top 10 addresses own the %12.5 of the total supply.

It is only a bit worse than LTC's rich list though. I can't blame BTX for that.

By now, Cryptopia exchange has been in maintenance mod.
Their Twitter also has not mentioned about the return day.
Therefore, I think that we have to wait for too long period to see the come-back of Cryptopia.

You are right. This transaction is a good sign because of its transaparency. I think Cryptopia have secured Bitcore (BTX) funds on aother private key. I hope the platform come back online soon that you get back your remaining bags.

First of all, I am sorry to come lately on the Bitcointalk. it is hard to me to take back the business.
Now, what is BTXM? BTXM is the project of a company led by Ivo. During the last year, Ivo proposes to create an infrastructure called BTXM to have an end-to-end (E2E) solution i.e. from the fiat gateway to buy BTX with fiats to the payment solutions to buy and to sell stuffs (or anything else ^^). From this, the bitcore team decided to support the project. I highlight this point because it is important to notify this. Then, you got a lot of words and promotions of BTXM in conferences and newsletters and Ivo integrated the Bitcore Team as an official member. The Bitcore team decided to integrate the BTXM to the roadmap to show his confidence to the project of the Ivo's company.
Sadly, during the end of the year, there were discord among the Bitcore Team founders and also with Ivo that resulted in the departure of Ivo and Steve from the Bitcore team. However, it does not mean that BTXM will not exist. This project is still running but the integration of BTX only depends on, and I hope it will be, Ivo from the start.

 You have to understand the Bitcore Team can not control third parties. The Bitcore team believed the project will be officially released with the support of Ivo. Today, we have decided to find new solutions with the current economical situation. It is why you have seen Paytomat integration at the end of the year and the mylocal coin integration to have a multi-fiats gateway.

Today, the bitcore Team deals with that and manages the efforts to find back a good trend for Bitcore. I have personnally initiated the first stone of the self-governance project with the fundraising ppatform. if it stays alive long enough to get to the next bull run a rise is basically guaranteed, but maybe not an epic one. it has bitcoin in the name and it functions.

but that means keeping its head above water for maybe another 2-3 years and in that time the flow of new coins will heat up and there are new protocols like mimblewimble that'll inspire more growth and experimentation.

unless it gets one some real exchanges and soon it's dead meat. exrates is pure fakery. hitbtc is a piece of crap with $400 of volume. total real volume is just over $500.
