So much hate in this thread. Why not work together on the prosperity of the project?
Bitcore is a very advanced coin and we will all benefit from it. Unfortunately I missed out so far, but I bought me some now, and am happy that I have done this.

Because a few people bought at the top (4x of current price) and they literally spam the thread with their hate. Investing in something that just went 10x in a couple of days and then crying how bad an investor you are... I've seen this all over the crypto space but usually these "trades" (xD) quit spamming after 3-4-5 comments. We got some ambitious ones here. Usually when you see a lot of despair in a thread, it means the price is low enough to be a good buy. Reload those guns gentleman Smiley

Haha, I like your thinking Smiley I also recommended BTX to a friend of mine and he bought in for $38... It was not the ideal time. Now the price seems to be low enough to buy more. Or would you wait a bit more?

Average your buys on multiple days or weeks, but I believe anything at 0.001 or around that price is pretty good. We have not seen this go below 0.0006 but we already saw 0.005 so at worse you lose 40% at best you do 600% (if it doesn't go higher), seems an easy buy to me.

Thanks for your advice and for the math provided Smiley

how do I create a BTX wallet?

check page 1.. download wallet, run wallet.. you just created one

Ok sorry for the stupid question, found the links and installed BitCore Wallet on my mac.

I have a trezor legacy wallet that had 5.999xx BTC on November 2nd. I followed this tutorial to get BTX 1:1
https://bitcore.cc/claim-hw.php
=> CLAIMING BITCORE BTX WITH YOUR TREZOR. THIS ONLY WORKS WITH LEGACY WALLETS!

after changing the server address to 'electrum.bitcore.cc' I see 2 transactions and a balance of 2.999xx and with the label "Not Verified"
And a warning "Server is lagging".
See screenshot:
=> https://www.dropbox.com/s/uz4irx75ay10t06/Screenshot%202017-12-11%2021.21.51.png?dl=0

I cannot send these balance to the newly created bitcore wallet.

What am I doing wrong?

Can anyone help me with my problem please?

Is it a segwit address or a legacy address?
I heard some people are having trouble with segwit addresses.

from my point of view, the current price is cheapest. it will hit to 60$->80$ easy, if BTX list on Bittrex.  Roll Eyes

Greetings to the community!

I see that many people wear BTX signatures. I understand correctly - that there is a signature campaign? Where can I read its terms and conditions?

Thanks in advance for the answer!

is this a final decission from CMC or what could we do, that this will be changed ?

Please Guys dont forget to fingerpoint/annoy CMC at their topic with the completly fail market cap of BTX @ their website:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinmarketcapcom-market-cap-rankings-of-all-cryptocurrencies-199685

It's clear that the cmc circulating supply is a battle of interpretation between the two parties. Go under the FAQ of the cmc site, and look for this question "Why is the Circulating Supply used in determining the market capitalization instead of Total Supply? "

CMC uses the public float to determine the market cap. It's clear that they see the November 2nd virtual fork free coins that have not yet been redeemed as locked coins. Therefore, according to their definition of market cap these non-redeemed coins are not accounted for the circulating supply.

Is it fair compared to all BTC forks? Absolutely not!

Now enjoy the lower price. I still have a lot of BTX and am contemplating selling more now and wait for the price to hit $5 to buy back in.

that's the right choice for you kid. sell now (so we can buy cheap coins from you) and forget this thread. your amount of stupidity is too damn high.

Why such a large difference between circulating and total supply? Was this not forked chain of the main BTC chain?

You can check the complete amounts here :

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gzHqrDDCHyfBtA4H4wl15VYHQzwwfULcJq1r4JcVnOA/edit?usp=sharing

CMC is not willing to put the already imported virtual fork into account, which is BTC @ 2nd Nov. *0.5.

bit more correct but not 100% are https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/btx/overview/BTC or https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/bitcore

Agreed. Hate in a thread is usually an indicator for a bargain buying opportunity, thats true - got to remember that. Glad I bought BTX now, I had a good feeling with the current price. I bet BTX will start to rally soon and we wont see it on these levels anymore.

I don't know why they hate??? We all want whats best for BTX.   Their way did not work as you can see.

Be FORTUNATE u missed out until now....still seems over valued though

My idea was ignored.....actually the opposite was done hours later which was very offensive.
Now enjoy the lower price. I still have a lot of BTX and am contemplating selling more now and wait for the price to hit $5 to buy back in.

Noone cares.

What idea was that? To remove all mention of the latest btc snapshot?

Coo.
As long as you have a well thought out plan, and stick to it Wink

Yes you guys will see.

Now I see the dumbasses who voted for it in the first place by seeing the response here ("who cares").  Wish I knew about this coin then, we would all have $50+ coin by now if I could had swayed the vote then.

Actually....I wish I never even found this coin, would have at least $400k more right now.

Let me get this straight. You invest in a coin and when you lose you call the people involved dumasses? Yeah that will really help your cause buddy and I for one am happy your net worth has decreased. I don't actively wish bad or ill for people but when you put out such negative vibes into the world you will receive the same back. Enjoy your new found net worth Smiley

What negative vibes?Huh Wish ill on me?  Speaks good on your character (esp if we you hold BTX also which is wishing ill on everyone here including yourself)  and yes I call anyone that liked the idea of free coins to dump very clueless

If you don't like this coin then sell and gtfo, I don't understand why is this so hard for some people to understand. Vote with your wallet there are 100s of other altcoins on the market right now. Nobody cares or got enough time to convince your ass to stay. Your been threatening to dump for days already we get it already go dump please I want some cheap btx.
