We will create an actual snapshot of the Bitcoin blockchain in October,the 30th. Every adress with min. 0.001 BTC will be funded with 40% Bitcore (BTX) of the total amount per bitcoinadress.
At this way, we will distribute approximately 7 million Bitcore (BTX) directly. In the end we drop around 45-50% of all nonclaimed bitcore and increase the circulation supply with around 8 millon coins.
We load the coins directly to the public keys, which are included in the snapshot. You can redeem them without a time limit.
We also have a special surprise for our loyal bitcoreholders on October the 30th. Every bitcoreholder with local wallets loaded min. 10 BTX gets an special one time airdrop of 25% instead of 3% !

It was announced by Steve on Telegram but everyone is very very busy right now so the OP hasn't been changed yet.

Does that mean I have to export my existing Bitcoin private keys, and import them into Bitcore? After doing that for Bitcoin Cash and soon Bitcoin Gold I was hoping to be done with this.
I very much prefer to just sign a message to claim airdrops.

Wow! I just learned this today. Hopefully this would be announced on the official Bitcore pages. I have already convinced 2 investors for this coin. They will be surely glad to know about this news.

Thanks for your update. Can you calculate when to finish the rest distributions? In last Dev plan, it seems will finish in Oct, 2018. If you use this plan, it will be much quicker.

The distribution model is changed. Each month, the airdrop will increase by 1%. 3% every week, 4%, 5%, 6%, etc. Therefore, I prefer not to sell BTX after 25% airdrop.

I have not seen any official announcement on this, where can I read the post where the changes the team of the airdrop again, I think there should be a firm decision on this, what i see here is that the team want to have the final say and the community is also trying to force the hand of the team so that more tokens will be in circulation instead of the current number in the hand of the developers

Get it into your wallet before midnight Berlin Time. The snapshot is usually take within 6 blocks of midnight. So just make sure everything is in a registered address on Saturday or early Sunday if you want to make sure everything is good.

Hi I have been using a Android wallet with different addresses some deposit was below $10 the result of that was wrong Airdrop. Beside that I could not find a way to register the wallet.

I have now moved the amount on Android wallet to a desktop instead, hope it will work fine in the future with a registered wallet.

If some else have had problem with Android wallet and BTX maybe this can be the solution for you as well.
