Downloaded the wallet for windows Windows-0-14-1-6.zip from https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitCore/releases
after running it the wallet is not synchronizing with the network.
I have an older wallet which synchs good.

Any nodes to paste in the client ?

Got Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401.9500.9701
when scan wallet.

Can explain this?

https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/3e2de6b4e24658d26ff417f89c23ffb9b5936308644af4361684b4169196acd7/detection
Yes, I can. At least one of the 58 scanners used is BS. Hint: it starts with Bai and ends with du.

So the answer is "bai bai" or opposite?

so... is this false positive or what? can anyone confirm
where did you download it from?
many people have downloaded it but I think none reported same result as yours

My windows XP crashed always by installing wallet. My W7 did nothing had to kill process. Now turned of Norton antivirus and it runs finally.

But how and where can i import my private key?

did you finally manage to install it on XP or W7?
importing usually you can do by opening console and type importprivkey [yourprivkey]

Can i also registrate with my paper wallet. I don't know how to sign message with paperwallet.  Huh

i have a paper wallet too. i downloaded the bitcore wallet to an offline computer, imported the private key from the paper wallet and signed.

it never needs to touch the internet to get a signed message.

This is the correct way to do it. I was about to post an answer to suggest exactly this, but you beat me to it.  Grin

You must use the one on which all your Bitcores will be. But you can register several.

Is this a new coin or a fork of bitcoin? If is new coin can still be mined or was all premined or how to get it?
It is not new. You can mine and you can buy on Cryptopia. It is very profitable to buy now.

There are many registered AIRDROP addresses in the list on https://bitcore.cc/airdrop.php?info=all but they do not show up in the blockchain explorer, e.g.: http://51.15.78.208:3001/address/1KSfk8Sishwc7UJqCGNd8yh8v3btxHRo54
Why is that? Is it a bug? Or is someone pumping the number of registered addresses? Or is it an empty address where someone plans to deposit?

How we can make BTX known and usable ? I mean ,the BTX it's obviously better then bTC,DASH and other coins but still no large scale usage among the people ? How can we make it more spendable ?
Help distribute these pictures in other places. It will be a great help from you.

Nice artwork! Bitcore looks much better than other participants. Shoud add pressure turbine to Bitcore yacht

In order to sign message, could we just go to File, select Sign Message, Enter our BTX address, type airdrop in the space for message and sign it? Or must we use the debug console to sign the message?

this is how i did it, very painless.

edit:  make sure AIRDROP is in CAPS  Grin
Great! Thanks  Cheesy
