Well, I think this next phase of the airdrops is not what I anticipated when I got interested months ago, but I'm gonna roll with it as we see it evolve. Stepped away a few weeks and it seems lots of things changed in lots of ways in lots of places.

Hey I read that now you have to register for monday airdrops. Can someone send me the link? Or post it here because I cannot find it, thank you! Smiley

You will have to register after October 30th ! At the moment only need to have at least 10BTX on a wallet and you will receive airdrop automatically.

III. We will be updating our weekly 3% monday airdrop. At the beginning of october, we place an online registration page for the 3% airdrop. You have to registrate ONE TIME your BTX adress with a signed message.
From November the 2nd, the weekly monday airdrop will be only paid to registered adresses. The rule to have min. 10 BTX in your wallet will be dropped.

- This is what I've read from a steem article that the online registration should start at the beginning of October. So have they changed it to the end of October instead? Sorry, kind of confusing...  Huh

I claimed my BTX, but I'm wondering what is the model for success of this coin. Sending routine air drops isn't a success model, it's inflation. That seems to be why most are buying. Am I missing something? Are there bigger plans?

There are bigger plans for sure... For now the lead programmer Christian is working on getting us working on electrum and coinomi. I am mostly focused on exchanges and I cannot say anything right now but it seems inevitable that we will get on some of the larger exchanges. We are currently growing our base significantly and the marketcap is significantly low when using Metcalfe's Law as a valuation tool. Below is a graphic that compares BTX to BTC and BCH if you haven't already seen this. BTX, as far as I am concerned, scales better than any currency on the market. It can handle 22.2 billion transactions per year which far supersedes even the likes of Bitcoin and Ethereum. You can see how important this is by looking at Bitcoin and what scaling issues have done to it. There will be one fork after another and fees will continue to rise to unsustainable levels. At any rate, if you have any additional questions I would be happy to answer them.  Grin

P.S. The core developers are in contact with one large exchange at the moment but it isn't a definite thing yet but just hope for the best.

I'm not familiar with your POW algorithm. Why was it chosen? Is it ASIC resistant? Is there anywhere BTX it can be used and spent?

It is extremely ASIC resistant as far as I know but I am not the programmer so you would have to ask him if you want to know the specifics. As of right now Nvidia does a great deal better on timetravel10 than AMD. Currently, there is not any merchant acceptance but that is also in discussion. I think there needs to be a little more infrastructure for that to happen but I am trying to push getting on coinpayments as a priority. It would open up Bitcore to over 250k merchants. There is a lot in the works and technically this coin is one of the best but there is a lot of work to be done before it becomes more mainstream.

Bitcore (BTX) - The Future is Now
Bitcore has a new Facebook Page linked to the already existing group, Make sure to smash that Like button! https://www.facebook.com/Bitcore.Coin/

thanks for the link. Which group would they be active more?

The Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/Bitcore.BTX/  is for communication and for people to share their opinion on things such as mining, investing, future plans ect..

The Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Bitcore.Coin/ is more like a social profile for Bitcore (almost like a twitter account) which allows us to reach a larger audience.

To answer your question,  i would suggest to join the group, and like the page  Grin
