It doesnt care, if u reach your coins earlier or later than expected. There could be some circumstances like a meeting between us coremembers or similar, which could change our timeplan. But in the end, MONDAY IS AIRDROPDAY.

I think for most of the people it's not about the time when their airdrop coins arrive at their wallet. It's about to know when or until when the coins have to be at your local wallet and therefore when they can again be transfered anywhere else (mostly to the exchange I think). Can't you just say, we make the snapshot between XX:XX and YY:YY (max 2h) and the airdrop is going to sent out any time later that day? And I just have to say, I love the new diff adjust algo. It's much more predictable and produces very stable block times for the moment.
