Yes, there are several ones out there. Question is whether they work with MaxCoin's implementation of SHA-3. A fixed miner will definitely be available soon after launch. On top of that:

and just for the info, this is not max keiser coin, its called maxcoin and was developed by 2 universty students, it is endorsed by max though

this will be just cpu, with mining starting off with the inbuilt miner in the wallet, then work will begin on other miners.
