Changes made include transaction conflict fixes, and a fix for stake blocks getting stuck sometimes.

1. Do we need to mine this coin or buy from exchanges to hold?
2. If I create MEMES, will I be able to get some coins? Is this an alternative to mining like "Proof of MEME"

1.) you can do either bittrex.com has the bigger exchange that this is added to c-cex.com also
2.) this depends on what the dev wants at the minute you can copyright memes so you can earn money from them because they are copyrighted and traceable on the blockchain
The copyrighting of memes is seriously the most interesting thing about this technology.
