I pushed a KGW fix, not digishield (called the function KittehGravityWell but its the same..)
need to decide block height for fork, and test in testnet..

Are you talking about the internal improvements we were discsussing? Aka: our own custom diff algo rather than pure KGW? Syscoin- Changing the way people do business.

Hey guys sorry my f*cking filevault disk got messed up and I just had to reinstall OSX today; was busy this weekend but chatted with some kittehs in IRC. At least one (veremit) was taking the initiative to get their hands dirty with actual coin code.

As indicated in an earlier post the new branch of the kittehcoin code has been created, please issue me pull requests when ready and I'll review and merge them. I'll be working on the wallet itself this weekend. I saw people had been reaching out to the digishield devs, I'll check my email to see what the status is there- willing to integrate that instead of KGW if desired.

I am way behind on my email so if you have sent me something and I haven't replied its because I'm workin on it. If people need anything from me please let me know- haven't heard of anything outside of the emails I need to catchup on. The marketing folks have definitely picked up their end of things now we need some crypto and web kittehs to help out!

I really don't know if I'm qualified to comment on the POS train, but I'm a holder of a few POS coins and it may actually be the future of crypto currency. At this point I can't afford ASICs and the $50+/month in electricity is killing me (and my fiancee is definitely not down with it either.)

I don't believe planting trees will help. A low-energy future path seems extremely enticing. It may not be as wonderful to kiddies that are leeching electricity off their parents with the brand new gaming rig they got for xmas and no access to cash, but I think we're a bit beyond that point.

This may be meme-based but so is doge and doge is not a joke at this point. It may not take itself seriously but the impact upon the world and the financial markets is deadly serious. This isn't a project. This isn't a whim. Things have gotten real and we need to treat it as such.

Even the fairly distributed (to many scam accounts most likely) faircoin and communitycoin have a few times our marketcap. Cinni and whitecoin are doing even better. Whitecoin is over a million even though it's dev sold the premine, fled, and left the community with a nonfunctional coin. There are tons of clones that are starting up, but this coin has a small community already.
