I am here for the goodness of Crypto.  I have been here much longer than anyone and have tried to form a society that is good to move forward.  Privatization of crypto will not been tolerated.  You may or may not know there is a society of over 150 people, pool owners, exchanges, leaders in crypto that all VETO'd your coin - it is just not me.  People will not stand for stuff like this - the scams are already too bad and developers are trying to gain more and more control.  It won't happen.

You seem like a nice guy and for that I feel bad that it worked out like this for you.  Your idea was probably good on paper but you probably never considered the backlash from the engineering community that created these walelts and crypto in general.  Sure miners will mine anything under the sun - they have no idea of the implications.  But the people who created crypto are looking out for them.  Private sources are not accepted, under any circumstance - that is not crypto anymore.. it is paypal or whatever.  We don't want paypals.  People want to be able to control their wallets and review source codes.  We want public ledgers and pools and exchanges, not backroom bargins and developer 100% control.

If anyone didn't read, this is how owner of dedicatedpool.com threaten this coin.

such a simple minded argument... lol... yes during POW the source wasnt open... the dev explained why... this is a project/experiment... now the source is released... review the sourcecodes as much as you like... but stop thinking you guys are the "main" 150 guys in crypto... lmfao

It seems like the altcoin scene is heavily monopolized by big pools and some exchanges. I wonder if the rest of the community is aware of this.
Will probably make a bigger thread about this if Bittrex doesn't list it in the next few days.

I think what we're seeing here deserves a lot more attention. It's bigger than the coin itself at this point.
Ya looks like "the good old boys" system here lol I hope Bittrex is above all that for the good of everyone. To see others in anyway trying to isolate or push this dev and the coin out of the mainstream is really eye opening... Never seen anything like this from pool owner community,,, lets just hope this doesn't affect the exchanges willingness to list MIN because of their whining.

Well, there are enough coins listed on exchanges that have never been mined, examples are Faircoin and Energycoin (which are both on Bittrex by the way). I'm not worried. The experiment seems to have worked so far with the mining part, albeit some troubles at the start. I wish Minerals good luck with the rest of the work, because mining is only a tiny percentage of the full work that needs to be done!

Thank you Soepkip for joining in on the discussion. Glad to have you here.  Wink

3. Read the thread before posting the same question over and over again. For example, the MP payout time has already been replied to last night. But people keep asking the same question over and over again.

Some people have lives outside of this thread. Useful info/updates should go in OP to keep the questions at bay. There was a post about payouts being processed at the MP, but no info regarding what time frame(s) the payouts covered or gross stats, i.e. GLYPH mined, MIN bought, etc. If you can direct to the post, please do. Thanks.

There you go gentlemen

That's how quick it is to set up a coin on an exchange.

Minpal want you to jump through hoops for it and pay to vote.

Simple isn't it?

Yes, about this point we totally disagree to ask people to pay to be listed on our exchange.

I guess you are a new exchange, when it was launched?

June, 4. We're really young.

1. It's not even 6.30am in Seattle now. Richie probably hasn't even woken up yet. And yet there's been more than ten people asking about listing and his suppose promise (which he didn't even make).

2. Don't antagonize exchanges. Criticising exchange owners aren't going to get Mineral listed. Create threads elsewhere if you really want to do so.

3. Read the thread before posting the same question over and over again. For example, the MP payout time has already been replied to last night. But people keep asking the same question over and over again.

Agree, no point getting worked up until the exchanges give a definitive answer.

Make a blackbook with corrupt pool owners and exchanges please.

We need to clean the filth out of crypto.

Stupid idiots think they own crypto.

Let's start a war!

Are you talking about the exchange with 0.25% fees on each trade?  Grin
Sorry, did not mean to offend you in any way, shape or form. If it's any consolation I did register at Kingcoiny immediately when I saw you guys added MIN to your exchange.
Reason I mentioned Bittrex is because they are one of the biggest if not the biggest exchange right now for altcoins and it would be helpful for the coin to be added there, however, it's not mandatory.

Also, Bittrex started small like everyone else, and I joined them back then when their trade volume was under 1 BTC and no-one would even look at them, just to support them as Cryptsy was (and still is) a horrible exchange service and quite franky I'm disappointed with Bittrex now.

100% agree with you, don't worry Wink
