Sorry about this, this was the initial post and at that time we were not 100% sure which limits will be implemented.
I've fixed that in the OP. Anyways, we are considering IP limits but I personally don't think it will make a huge change. The only difference is that you will not see some big miners in statistics.

i think you should use a smaller bag to fill.
like 0.5% instread of like 2% or larger of the total coins bag...

its possible, dev can redirect hash to mine darkcoin for example, but did u see another X11 coin that has jump in network hash rate?

The nicehash.com says that they are working through a proxy in Europe.
So, i believe, ip is shared.

I have also two r9 270x, and with x11mod thay hash 4,02 GHash without any error. Try find the good thread-concurrency, gpu-engine, gpu-memclock, intensity.. My fine tuning took 2-3 hours when I started the X11 mining.
