Got a conversation with Bittrex Bill when he said that they are interested in hosting a market for MIN-BTC, but the conversation is pretty slow coz he replies me once every 24 hours.
No replies from Poloniex yet

Nearest geographical pool. For Europe it is Ireland.
Then the second nearest as backup in case it gets DDOS'ed by Dedicated, and so on...

Finland is Eastern European Time which should be GMT+3 now in the summer.
e.g. Germany is Central European Time, GMT+2 right now (16:07 as of posting).
