"Big farms/ASICs?
Hashing power of each worker and IP will be limited to not more than 300MH (open for discussion) by limiting the number of shares that a worker can send to the pool per unit of time."

WTF i missed this, fucking great!!

you can limit it per time, so if a guy with 300 MH/s jump it won't mean other can mine anymore

you can do a 300MH/s limit increase every 1 hour or so

dunno if it's possible just per IP..
Probably the limits will be per worker and not per IP. We are in the processing of testing both of these limitations.
Maybe I wasn't clear but the limits will not be global but individual, i.e. network hashrate can still increase and decrease freely but for individual worker there will be a limit how many hashes he/she can send.
Also, we might disable betarigs/nicehash and others altogether.

We can limit per worker but IP , every worker should be than < 25 Mh/s ( example )
This was my initial thought as well, however this incentivizes to game the system by creating multiple workers. Maybe we will just limit the worker's hashrate and not the IP's, it is still debatable.

What's the network byte for addresses?  (Bitcoin's is 0x00)
PUBKEY_ADDRESS = 50
or in hex 0x32

will the pools be connected and share the blocks like LTC p2pool network, or will they compete?
Well, we didn't build this feature as these are stratum pools. We'll think about it but my guess is that it will not be a quick solution for stratum so probably pools will compete.

There are many X11 coins these days, seems like every market must be over saturated - and killed. Just human nature.
Algo doesn't matter as there will be no usual suspects who are killing the coin. X11 was chosen due to lower energy demand.

btw are there any plans for anything else except the fresh idea for mining ?
I mean yeah, organizing a few tournaments will get the attention eventually, well it will get the attention if the prices are big enough and you can get some top Koreans in the tournaments.
But other than that do you have any other plans ? Like anon function or well anything else that might be considered as "new" ( not that anon is new but it seems to be the "cool kid" right now. )
We are pondering about additional features, including anonymity. However, there are already a handful of coins that are competing who will be the first to implement the anonymity feature in the correct way. I am not sure that joining this race will add much value.

Great. The coin looks awesome and i will surely mine some during launch. Can you provide some info about the team which is working with you?
Currently, we are a team of 3 people. Two of us developed the coin and the third person is system administrator who made modifications to stratum code and will run the pools.

"Solo mining?
In order to avoid potential ASICs and big farms from dominating the coin network there will be no solo mining."

and you don't like pools either  Grin

well, so fuck you  Grin
We need to stop freaking morons who are afraid of 20mh/s (at most) machines  Grin
(big farms don't solomine, actually... in most of the case it is rented rig on pool)

Nobody's afraid of 20 mh/s, max hash can be 300 mh/s, on betarigs actually you have only few farms over this limit. I don't see any problem here.
well they are since they are against solomining
We are not against solomining per se. Moreover, big farms that one can rent from betarigs and alike are probably a lesser problem as there are apparently X11 ASICs that were apparent during XC coin boom. Have you seen what happened to XC coin hash rate? It went crazy and no one knew from where the hashes were coming. The only way to prevent this is by not allowing any kind of solomining. Additionally, it is possible to set up a pool by using windows wallet only - this is another reason against providing windows wallet during the POW stage.
