i have that nodes in my conf file...
still not working

Download one of the wallets from this post, preferable the QT wallet v1.0 without betting stuff.

On you computer, enter "%APPDATA%" or "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming" in Windows Explorer. Then go to "Minerals"
Delete everything except "wallet.dat" and "Minerals.conf"

Remove all nodes from Minerals.conf and add this:

addnode=dnsseed.morningminerals.com

Save & close

Launch Minerals-qt.exe

It starts synchronizing immediately:

I'm 100% sure it works on your PC as well. If it doesn't, you might have a firewall issue. Check for entries about the Minerals wallet. Remove them and restart the wallet. Allow both Private & Public traffic and you're good to go.

Shutdown the wallet.
Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Advanced setting.

In Inbound Rules and Outbound Rules, look for anything Minerals related and delete it.

You can also start the wallet using the Command Prompt
Replace the blue part to match your computer

cd c:\Wallets\Minerals
Minerals-qt.exe -seednode=dnsseed.morningminerals.com

This method does not require you to add nodes in the config file and synchronization will start within a minute or two.

I hope this helps Smiley

They could be offline now? The explorer has been running non stop since over 2 months if not 3 already.
Here are all the connections it has tonight. It's less than the 46 I used to have a while ago.

akira@ip-xxx:~$ Wallets/Minerals/Mineralsd getconnectioncount

akira@ip-xxx:~$ Wallets/Minerals/Mineralsd getpeerinfo

You can try adding some of these nodes. Normally it should sync after a minute or two.

@ymod123: I'm still using the old wallet as well. The block explorer has 46 connections. If you add explorer.morningminerals.com or dnsseed.morningminerals.com to your .conf it will act as supernode and you'll 1 connection at first, from which you get to sync the blockchain.
Bojcha reported 20 connections after a few minutes. You can also use the lines cryptouser posted above.

@PapillonV: the wallet never stopped working, but you have to manually add working nodes.

@cryptouser: the distribution of Minerals on Bittrex is very uneven. There is a wallet with over 1.6 million Minerals and several with 250k up to 600k Minerals. Most wallets have less than 80k Minerals;

Question is... who holds them? An investor? A speculator? A dissatisfied bag holder waiting to dump them & crash the market if we manage to revive it? It's something to keep an eye on Wink

whats on your conf file? please post all.. tnx

First wallet is bittrex
Thank you for the clarification Smiley
Does it keep all the Minerals that are listed for sale on the order book? That's interesting. Makes sense then why hackers are so keen on exchanges Shocked

I'm pretty sure the coins for sale are still included in the respective sellers wallets, but then again.. logic never seems to work out in cryptos Cheesy

Check it out, you lot need to come to http://weeklyponzi.com/ its way better than  CD and you can  5 times your investments just keep receiving and placeing them again at weeklyponzi im in profit for over 5 btc now! 100 btc gets you 30 btc in some hours. You can also watch the blockchain of the wallet paying out

JUST DON'T GAMBLE ON THE LAST DAY OF THIS WEEK AS YOU WILL BE LIKELY TO LOSE
Please don't fall for this trap. oldguy1958 probably burned too much BTC in this ponzi. Invest now and be certain to have paid this guy's loss to be and you will lose everything. He's posting everywhere. See: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptodoublecom-100-profit-in-just-100-hours-5-referral-commission-900132

amytat, don't expect something fancy. It's going to be a transitional solution to get the wallet synchronizing out of itself without having to edit your .conf. It's only a fix. That should not make the price rise out of the ordinary steady rise from the +200 sat over past weeks. Sharp rises will make people dump and we're back to square 0. The goal is eSports and betting. Not a pump & dump shitcoin.

@ymod123: I'm still using the old wallet as well. The block explorer has 46 connections. If you add explorer.morningminerals.com or dnsseed.morningminerals.com to your .conf it will act as supernode and you'll 1 connection at first, from which you get to sync the blockchain.
