Look there is 4k blocks pending in the pool?! 
dev are wathching that, but if you look into your wallet trough getinfo command you are going to see all the blocks transmmited over the network, the same of the explorer.mitocoin.org
it is paying, you have to take into account the block maturity that is set to 100 blocks
