Is this right? Am I the only person left on this pool?

What's happening to this coin? Has it died already?

The answer to that you see in the dial to the right... allmost 600Mhash on network.
So not dead

Fair enough. I know coins have a miner drop off point after launch, I just didn't expect the pool I'm on to die.

http://mona.happyminers.net is the sexiest mining pool I have ever used.

This coin is doing so well.

Minimal monacoins in circulation because there was no instamine like most other coins released lately, lots of hash power on the pools and the difficulty is rising quickly.

Although monacoins has more total coins to be created compared to a coin like CAT, you have to look at current coins in circulation. When the difficulty of monacoin matchs CAT there will be less monacoins in circulation.

How long before diff goes up?

Diff. retarget after 1056 Blocks, now we have Block 9378 --> at Block 9504, in around 1-2 hours.

Well I managed to mine the princely sum of 10 MONA before my remaining VPS credit expired, not sure it was best use of the credit as the big GPU guys on this but at least I got my slice of early coins, which of course we all know are more special than the later ones  Cheesy

I'm getting 954KH/s out of a single MSI 7970 GPU at a mind boggling 47 degrees C

This doesn't seem possible.

How is it you are the only one on the planet who can get those speeds and that temp with air cooling?

Also pulling 200+ more kh/s out of a 7970 than anyone else.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

There are some others that I know but not many. Keep in mind that Reaper is a beast to get working at this level (which is why it isnt wide spread).  As for me and those who have it working, it is in our best interest especially with pool mining to be highly more efficient than the competition.  BTW, the fact that I have a basement especially in the winter gives me even more of an advantage. Cool

Are you using reaper source code from the site ? like the v12 or v13 beta 4 ? Or is there a more specific github repository you forked ?

I still think that sounds a bit high and cold for a 7970.
I currently have 2 7970s running with a fan blowing the cold Canadian air on them, and they are at 75 degrees and 50% fan speed.

and to put that in to perspective the temp outside, so the air blowing at the cards is -10 degrees so to me sitting at 45 degrees would mean you are in a freezer?

did I miss mona's launch? nooo yes I missed it =(

Not to late.
Diff 6, gonna jump to 19 in 287 blocks.
I'm trying to mine as much as I can before that happens because I don't think I can compete at that difficulty. =( Not making much, but it's better than nothing.

No, look at this:

Guess I'm just on a dead pool, then. Just my luck.
