I can imagine some sort of pool mining for this coin ))). One person target the optimal way, the path devides to several interspaces (like 5) with fixed in-out speed-direction and several players are trying to solve it.
 Some sort of online client would be nice as far as not everybody can run the game. Like you can play online within web browser for 3% fee from your mined Motocoins.
 And I would appriciate an Android app. Someone should make a bounty for that.

I think the best way to do a pool would be to have a program analyzes a bunch of maps very quickly and find the easiest one for that block. That map would then be fed to the workers. Each worker would try to finish the map. The first one to solve it would get a block finder bonus while the rest is split between everyone trying to finish the map on that block. The problem is how do you tell someone is actually doing the work and doesn't just have a macro going to make it look like he is actually playing therefore cheating the system. Ofcouse you could combat this by implementing something like no pay if you don't reach mid way down the level before the next block. Just spitballing.

Theoretically, a slow-motion mode could make finding a solution a bit easier.

still the same
Have you tried last wallet from motocoin.org? It has built-in list of nodes.

Anyway, here are some nodes (just replace port for each node with 13107)

New wallet new nodes and nothing

 BTW, you should probably implement voting to the wallet. like in heavycoin.

If 5 people get 20 coins it is more fair than if 1 get 100.
What about 1 coin for 100 players?  It's hard to find the balance. But I vote for 1 minute block just because it's good for promotion so newcomers are more likely to play and enjoy the actual game have some chance to mine coins without spending many hours on that.
And 20 blocks in minute? It's impossible.

It doesn't require advanced graphics card, my integrated intel gpu works just fine. I have several PCs and all of them are at least several years old (and they weren't advanced at their time) and game works on them just fine. The only problem is that your GPU should support OpenGL 3, but it seems that some (even new) devices with low power intel processors don't support it, that is what I didn't expect before release as I don't have any such device.

Why no work available
Try to add nodes like shown there:

Guys, could someone explain me why my wallet doesn't want to connect. I'm waiting for an hour already, still no block source available. How can I fix this?

win 7          1- start    2- search programs and files  -- type in:     %appdata%

roaming folder:3- in  motocoin folder make new .txt  name in   motocoin.conf.txt    ,,put in:

addnode=95.70.104.131
addnode=110.73.28.225
addnode=188.191.172.228
addnode=93.185.184.10

4- save as :   motocoin.conf,,,AND    see it   under   ...save as type:  select all file,,,,,SAVE  ...run wallet

1 minute blocks is ok. But it will not make the coin more "fair"

How to mine? The game dont work, i click in Play Game but nothing happen
I use Win 8 X64

Yea Im not sure but I have similar.   I think it requires a quite advanced graphics card with proper shaders, some laptops will not have a full graphics card in hardware but is relying on soft functions and the wallet is unable to address that - maybe I dont know just my guess
But I have 2 280x who are mining for another coin, is connected via risers, is it necessary to stop and connect them in PCI16?

I've tried this for quite awhile but it's either too difficult or impossible to mine even 1 coin.
It's a great game in itself but the time is too short to even have a chance to succeed. Im afraid as with most coins this only paid of in the first few days and to the devs and perhaps botters.
So I'm not gonna waste my time on this. It's a bit sad because of the good concept but the distribution should have been more fair from the start. New players that just find such game should have equal the chance as the players that start on the first days.
And your point is?.. If you want MOTO and cannot mine it, then buy it. God, how I hate such whiners. This is a coin. It is not for fun and not for easy money just for you. It's interesting as new and so far working concept for crypto. It doesn't matter if you don't like mine it - blockchain still get new block every 5 min. That's the matter.
So dev, my vote for status-quo. Blockchain should not be too big - it's have sense. 5 min is enough to confirmations and there are no so many orphan blocks. If somebody whine about he/she cannot mining/it's too boring/luckyfest just now - it's have no sense. If something will be really going wrong in mining - then it's time to hardfork. But now it's actually fine. Of course, I do not mine anymore, I prefer to buy from now. Moto is totally new. It will skyrocket.
Sorry for Engrish.

Chances couldn't be equal for those that play from the start and for those that play now, simply because now there are much more players than there were in first day. However, there are plans to make it more fair: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/motocoin-should-we-increase-block-mining-speed-to-make-playing-more-interesting-625538

 Exactly. Same complaint as bitcoin early adopters were able to mine several hundred bitcoins in several hours using an old laptop only. More demand = more effort.
 This game is not designed to be the most entertaning game ever, but the new way of distribution. You have to understand all the best ways to gain coins quicker and have a good reaction and skills to mine it.
 5 minutes beetwen blocks would be fine with a map that is 5 times bigger. 1 minute blocks is ok. But it will not make the coin more "fair" or way more easy. Just a reasonable adjustment (to make some fun). BTW, 26 sec limit actually makes about 5 minutes between blocks. It works!

And way back around Block 1000 I had ~ one coin every 5 min, but I think way less people were playing back then.

And today you can get none for an hour.

I started poll about increasing block mining speed and reducing reward per block to make mining more interesting https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/motocoin-should-we-increase-block-mining-speed-to-make-playing-more-interesting-625538
Please vote.

 The game is not a joy anymore, just a hard and annoying labour. I'm not telling you about civilized non-qualified payment rate (like $7.25 ph) but even with $0.5 per hour (which might be still interesting in S-E Asia) and a chance to gain the coin once a day only... The price is high.

 P.S: I don't believe in bot effectiveness. But at some point the game rules should be the subject to change to keep it normal.

'cause they will skyrocket in price
I'm not really sure about that. Just look how much time people are wasting on other games, nobody pays them for that time, so it is pretty much worthless. Meanwhile, classic "proof of work" cryptocurrencies imply investing in hardware to mine successfully while difficulty increases and mining becomes harder and harder.
