My feelings exactly...  Embarrassed

Some random thoughts:

- Give a (smaller) amount to second / third person to finish
- Spawn multiple coins per level, once blocktime is over, everyone gets (100 / number of coins total * coins collected)
- Give everyone the same levels (probably impossible, i know)
- Make using F6 decrease the amount of MOTO you get, to incourage trying non-optimal levels
- Have a timer on F6, same as above

Any other ideas?


And way back around Block 1000 I had ~ one coin every 5 min, but I think way less people were playing back then.

I wish we had leaderboards... anyone feel like sharing their balance or their earnings per hour? (I'm curious!)

 I'm not mining anymore - no reason to waste my precious time as I made my fortune already. Before the last difficulty change I was cycling at 4-7 blocks per hour. I have over 20'000 MOTO holding strong for several years and I'm buying them ('cause they will skyrocket in price)...

I'm so damn addicted to this game now.
It is getting harder though.

I wish we had leaderboards... anyone feel like sharing their balance or their earnings per hour? (I'm curious!)

To make it more "rewarding" for more people for longer it might be worthwhile to change the algo to reward a coin per game instead of 100 and change the time to a shorter expected blockfind time. Even then if the coin gains in popularity it will become difficult and frustrating for people at some point. That is the way it goes.
Yep, winning 0.1 coin per game is better than playing 100 games and not winning any.

However, this isn't as easy to implement as it seems.

I guess that is the same rationale behind pool mining vs solo mining.

If you consider difficulty increase in the way that happened to bitcoin then you can expect that in the future it will be so hard to mine coins that you would be lucky to get one in a day/week/month.
This is a feedback system and as far as I see it it's working as intended.
We can't all win indefinitely. It doesn't work that way.

I think the game will become (or already is) a game of "hit F6 50 times and hope for a good level". A bit sad, I liked the game, but with the short time, it's not even worth attempting 95% of the levels...

Guys, please don't convince the dev to make the game easier. Maybe the bigger map could work but making the seconds less and less will increase the value of the coins a lot more because it will be very hard to mine.

I updated client, it now includes list of nodes, so if automatic peer discovery doesn't work for you new version will fix it.

 I have a stupid idea, but, isn't it better to make player collect more coins (like 2 or 3) to solve the block rather than limit time ? 'Cause this fall-slalom can go crazy in several days from now. My rate is 6 blocks per hour right now, but I press F6 way more often....
