This is the team of distributors:

D2D leader: Jeremy Said
D2D vice-leader: Marita Pisani
D2D vice-leader: Luke Buttigieg
D2D member: Frank Sammut
D2D member: Francesco Buttigieg
D2D member: Lee Abela
D2D member: Charlotte Mangion
D2D member: Abigail Borg
D2D member: Bjorn Holloway
D2D member: Mark Zarb

All of the team members are Maltese except for Bjorn, who is British and currently residing in Malta. He understands Maltese well but speaks it haltingly - however, we chose him because he is really knowledgeable about digital currency and we feel he is the perfect person to explain what Muniti is all about especially in touristic areas around Malta. The leader, Jeremy, will be assigned to the Southern part of Malta, which is the most heavily inhabited area. Luke will take the Northern part, while Marita will be taking care of Gozo. 3 further members will be helping Jeremy, 3 others will be helping Luke and another one will be with Marita at Gozo. Pictures of the team with the polo-shirts will be uploaded once the shirts arrive.

I'll be issuing an update with the D2D team's names tomorrow morning, with photos later on next week. As I explained earlier on, right now we are busy preparing the logistical part of the distribution and we also asked for you to bear with the lack of online updates and where possible, have you, the community, promote Muniti online. Keep in mind that this is a cryptocurrency with humble origins and with a small-scale operational factor in that it is going to be used in a small island such as Malta. The local denizens are becoming more and more familiar with it, but with our limited resources, we cannot hope to reach out to everyone in the world at once. That is why we need your help as requested time and time again.

Good news!

Hi Radi, we need some updates or news or any word everyday to know what's going on out there, are you doing well with the D2D and the other promotion in Malta ? Don't let the official topic die like other dead coin's. Having a little twitt everyday is good to go.

VOTE, VOTE, VOTE ON MINTPAL!!!  Wink

Mintpal seems to delete votes. I've stopped bothering. We need to get together all of us and pay 0.1 btc each to get in there.

You are not going to get much of a DEV and promotion for 50,000 muniti - that's like 100 euros?

EDIT: I guess if you wait til after the D2D, the 50,000 will be worth a lot more so can pay for the Dev work then

Radi, any news?

On the developer issue, so far no news. As others rightly said, that does not mean that other work is not being done - far from it. We can safely say that everything is right on schedule with regards to the D2D, and that this week is once again a busy one where we will be meeting local groups and businesses. We'd really appreciate it if you could all give us a hand on the virtual part of proceedings and promote continuously as well as mention that a developer is needed. Strictly speaking, the developer's main task will be to transit Muniti from PoW to PoS, as the backbone and pediment of the project has long since been done and dusted and proved to be as stable as a rock.

You should contact micryon : he is the new dev for asiacoin (after the scam premine of the previous dev had been discovered) : he has perfectly managed the fork and asiacoin is a pos coin.
I don't think he will accept to be the official dev for muniti, but he should be helpful.

Are the remaining devs capable of handling a fork/bug type situation in the meantime if that arises? It's looking more and more like it might be a while before a dev comes on board. Hopefully the D2D release makes some buzz and we get someone interested.
