Yeah instamine fuck fest by op and friends... Wallet isn't working on win 8.1, It's crashing when you have a conf file in the roaming dir...
Mine works on win 8.1 though got bugger all from solo mining.
Solo mining brings no guarantee of finding a block. Join a pool!

The first very few blocks had a low reward in order to ensure the fairest launch possible for those who might experience delay or lag. Everything should be working itself towards normality now.
