Temporarily the markets are paused for MUSIC. But you can sell them on Crytopia or Bittrex when the trading/wallets re-opens.

Keep in mind with Bittrex you will need to KYC your account. With Crytopia you "might" not have too if you are selling such a small amount of $95. However been a while since I've used Crytopia so I am not 100% sure. Just be sure you are comfortable submitting your passport/drivers license to prove identify. If you don't want to do this then don't sell them on an exchange and just sell them OTC.

At this moment there is no way to cash in your coins, it doesn't matter if you have 1 MUSIC or a million, you can't exchange them for anything... Undecided

The supply is uncapped because its similiar to ETH and other Daggerhashimoto coins. Basically ETHs purpose was to eventually go to POS and enable staking with a reduced supply. To make sure miners would allow POS they added the difficulty bomb feature which makes difficulty go to -> infinity even if the hashrate doesn't increase.

So the developers of ETH and MUSIC will need to decide what the max supply will be. The ETH developer Vitalik hinted that ETH max supply might be around 110 Million or so but nothing is written in stone. Its the same with MUSIC. The developers need to pick a max supply and decide how to handle the difficulty bomb because it will slow the block times down to a halt. I think what MUSIC might do however is do Proof of sharing in the near future.

Its very strange that they would pause trading on Crytopia while Bittrex still allows trading but both are having network issues.

I think this is most likely due to the ETC 51% attacks we had this week. Most likely exchanges are taking precautions on any DaggerHashimoto coins, because right now most of them are at a 51% attack risk and its usually the exchanges that suffer the losses in those cases.

Looking at the first post of the ANN the only info is the release of the speaker and not much else.

Are there any upgrades to the software or is it only to get rid of the future difficulty bomb? What about the issuance reduction? etc?

hardfork only reduces chances of double spending.
