He is not making any sense. What he is saying is that since SOILcoin was like ETH then ETH might crash and go to 40 Sats.
Every crypto coin could crash you cant be sure in anything. Even BTC could crash right now. Look at their r/btc channel.
As long as developers do their thing project will evovle.
