No, don't do this with any Nxt clone. It is unsafe unless the Clone has changed the transaction format. But even then I wouldn't do it.

A 'Clone Attack' is thought to be possible by Come-from-Beyond and a couple of Nxter's are working on proving it.

Clone Attack is a scheme for stealing NXTs through the use of a Nxt Clone and can only be successful if you use the same passphrase on Nxt and on a Nxt Clone that uses the same transaction format. Very Important: Do not use your Nxt Account passphrase for anything but your Nxt account. The Clone Attack is a very simple attack so could become common if people are reluctant to generate new Strong Passphrases and reuse their Nxt Passphrase in any Clone. It is described below using a fictitious clone named NEX:
 
1. You use the same account passphrase in NEX as you have in Nxt.

2. The attacker sends you an amount, say 10000NEX, perhaps at the launch of the Clone, as a giveaway or as part of day to day transactions.
 
3. Later, the attacker offers to buy 5000NEX from you for 0.01 BTC (this will always be a generous offer for the Clone).
 
4. The Attacker sends you the Bitcoins in advance and you send him 5000NEX.

5. The attacker then broadcasts the NEX transaction you sent them onto Nxt network, .
 
Result: 5000NXT is removed from your Nxt account and you only received a small percentage of its value. Again, very important: Do not use your Nxt Account passphrase for anything but your Nxt Account. Anyone can broadcast transactions from a Clone into Nxt and vice versa, if the clone doesn't change the transaction format used in Nxt. So anyone who uses the same Account Passphrase in both can lose NXTs.

For people looking at this IPO and saying "no escrow, no buy in", I get it. Escrows are supposed to provide a buffer of
protection so you don't get scammed. NFD (the original NFD) supposedly had escrow too and it turned out to be a big
ol' scam. I lost the BTC that I'd invested. Fortunately, the people I recommended the original NFD to only got in on the
free IPO so they didn't lose anything other than a little bit of time.

I'm telling you this b/c I'm skeptical of coin IPOs - particularly when there is no escrow. But when I was reading about
N2 back in the beginning, it sounded interesting and the buy-in was so low - .02 BTC - I figured that if I was wrong
and it turned out to be another scam, it was a small price to pay to find out and then be able to warn other people.

I am VERY happy to say that that was not the case. The coindev has been responsive to my many emails and has
been scrupulously honest and up front with me at every turn. Hell, when I sent him .06 BTC instead of .02 BTC, he
told me that each person could only buy-in for one share - and he refunded my .04 BTC the same day.

Everything he said we would get, I have received. I received the free N2 for every day that I applied for the giveaway
and my IPO coins arrived as promised as well.

The only moment of concern I had was when my free coins didn't arrive right away, and it turned out I was using the
wrong version of the client. The coindev helped me get that straightened out and then the coins showed up in my
balance right away.

So for .02 BTC, don't let the lack of escrow concern you overmuch. The coindev has delivered every step of the way
and from the looks of the new client, more good things are yet to come.

N2 has less than 200 stakeholders ATM, if the available N2 are divided by the number of stakeholders there won't be much difference to NXT.

1) Depends on the amount of quotas already sold, we are now in the 0.025 btc per quota period. Keep note that you can only get 1 quota per account, so amount: 0.025 btc
2) It's the "code" that identifys the transaction, i use https://blockchain.info/
3) You need to download the N2 software and generate a personal address, where the N2 will be send.

Yepp, fugly things always scream legit to me. No good scammer would actually go and produce something that has not a single bit of flashy (or the most disgusting type of flashy in case of the current NXT rippoff client)
