This project is founded long ago, and now they already a lot of huge investors.
This ICO is for the growth of the project, while many others use it to be able to start their project.
So I think Neurochain has to lead this sector.

I'm One of the AI fans, i keep hearing about integration of Artificial intellegence on the blockchain and i keep following other threads and other projects whom are trying to make crypto better again which is something great. TBH, the project's ANN needs more graphics and media articles but everything looks great.
I might drop some FIAT on your project!
