How many coins I will get (estimated ones) per day if I use 500 New Power Coin to stake?
I know that 20% of block rewards will be distributed to stakers.

I think you should update exchanges also. Coinoha & cryptopia are in sync, I was able to send NPW.

No need to resync. The last PoW block stuck because of low hashrate.
