Thats correct. If the limit is not reached in the said time the investors could switch their NTRY back to ETH, and we start the project with our personal funds.

Hi, I'm not sure I understood well. Does the pre-ICO work as crowdfunding? I.e. if the target of 4000 ETH is not reached, then the pre-ICO is canceled and we get our ETH back?
That is correct. Our dev designed the smart contract so, that if the limit of 4000 ETH is not reached you will get all the invested funds back.

This is unfortunate if that happen,do you have a signature campaign for awareness I have seen this on facebook and twitter but something like a signature campaign is still best to this ico.
