If your wallet shows the transaction unconfirmed, you must do the following steps.
1.Go to the debug console (Help — debug Window — Console)
2.Now we need to obtain the private key from the appropriate account. dumpprivkey . Instead of substitute the public account number, which are blocked funds. In response to get the private key of this account. Never store your private keys available to anyone. The knowledge of the key gives full access to its corresponding account.
Also note that every command in the debug console comes the answer.
3.Close the client and move it to a safe place. The location of the wallet (wallet.dat) depends on the specific client and OS. To remove it is not worth it!!! 4.Run the client again. Creates a new wallet. It is necessary to import the previously obtained key . Go to debug console and write importprivkey
5.In the new wallet you should see the account with your coins))

I wish the best for the team which makes a good work. NYC is 1000 X better than ripple or etherum. We need more exchange. Yobit and tradesatoshi is very well and perhaps cryptopia is the next just before poloniex or bittrex ?

but, I have three others worrier problems.
1- 20k of coins missing - I did a review of transactions.... I can't found where are they. ( ok, I know...it's cheap...... but, it do not happens)
2- In the new wallet there's a unknown withdraw of 20 (units) of coins in same time of a true withdraw of 100k of coins. ( I didn't make a withdraw of 20 units ( ok, I know...it's cheap...... but, it do not happens)) (there isn't in old wallet)
3- Today I tried to make a 5kk withdraw and here are a new surprise...... NO CONFIRMATIONS AGAIN. Freeze coins.
I'm very frustated.
Now, I'm trying to restore a complete back-up in another PC, Perhaps the issues will be solved - I don't know.
I'm very gratefull with the help and solidarity of NYC enthusiasts and supporters. --- It's the differential do make us greater.
The wallet.dat file contains some conflicted transaction, I'd recommend gathering all the privatekeys used by that wallet and slowly importing each into a new wallet, After each import, move any balance to a new address.

Urgent!! I have a problem I downloaded the NYC wallet for Mac osx and send my coins to the address. But there is no balance and its downloading blocks but every time it says update required?? I tried to get in my wallet via Coinomi but it says that it needs a private key but now where to be found.. maybe this is because of the alert?? when i looked at the explorer it has been send to my address and been confirmed so no issue there. PLEASE HELP ME!
You can get the private key for that address you sent to from the debug console: HELP -> Debug Window - Console
Use the command 'dumpprivkey '
You can then sweep any balance into Coinomi using the sweep feature.
Chances are, the MAC is just not sync'd. The balance will appear when it is.

Then I received not 10kk, not 200k - I received 0. In ~1 week another guy done russian translation and received 50k instead of 100k. WTF??? Around week ago 1 guy from russian NYC community written, that he done reposts and received 0. What is the sense of bounty if bounty is scam? What is the sense of community, if it's rulled by scammers? By scammers, who say "free ride is over, prepare your BTC wallets"

Hi, if you are talking about the message; "Urgent Alert key compromised", dont worry it is a remnant of the old bitcoin alert system, ( read more about that here; https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Alert_system ) it is removed from code for the new wallets.
DEVs are working on new wallets, some of which are being in test phase now and are expected to be available soon.
As for your coins, if you sent them to the right address the coins should appear when your wallet is fully synced.

Not sure about the Mac wallet version. The Win V 1.0.x.x version has a glitch "Urgent: Alert key compromised, update required" that is just to be ignored. If the quoted text is the problem, just ignore it. You may have a different issue, if so, you need a Mac user to respond.

A major exchange responded to one the many requests to list NYC asking for more info yesterday. Completed questionnaire has been submitted as of 15 minutes ago. PLEASE GET YOUR BTC READY. If you can get the the raw transaction data, I'll try to send it via the pool and get it mined. If it is conflicted, You will need to export the private keys for the input transactions and import it another way.
To get the raw transaction data:
In the console, getrawtransaction 724968208dc9a3ad09e92f1a5a3d7138f971ea9887b5b7309b78e201a9be8c3a
Copy the resulting block of text and send it to me. I'll try to broadcast the transaction.
Dumping the keys is a little involved depending on how many.
In a nutshell, Use decoderawtransaction
You can use a fresh wallet (backup of course) and importprivkey
Or, since we have Coinomi now, get them in there with it's sweep function.
I use the paper wallet details page to generate the QR code for the private key, then scan it into Coinomi sweep feature.
