NEW UPDATE - COMMUNITY FEEDBACK REQUESTED

A to-remain-unnamed dev has offered to assist with NewYorkCoin development. He has suggested upgrading code to Litecoin 0.10 which will clean up code and reduce desktop initial wallet sync time from 24 hr's currently to 3-4 hrs after upgrade. Cleaning up/upgrading code to Litecoin 0.10 or 0.13 may also make mobile wallet creation more simple and easier to create.

Any feedback about this upgrade for NewYorkCoin?
