No, I think they not late because the time distribute for bounty hunter they scheduled have been payment on time. And the roadmap very cleary not have any issue about fake and delay as project Monaco (fake news they received accept from Visa/Mastercard)

Yeah, they move fast. Once they have something completed they immediately move forward and work on something else that will help their project grow larger.Good job
There's also a bunch of people investing into this project and I am pretty sure that most people that are in this project don't want to lose their money on something that doesn't have any value so they are promoting the coin as well.
It's good to see that the team is going on Youtube plus other media platforms that will increase the amount of people in Openanx because not everyone goes on Bitcointalk to research coins.

those are IOU. You cannnot withdraw/deposit. You should wait for openANX to announce the exchange.
You're correct it's not an IOU, albeit volume is very low on that exchange.
For now, can only be in exchange in market etherdelta
liqui and hitbtc still IOU .
Most IOU price look very off from what you expect (higher than norm)

The thing is I am more concerned with the development of this project.
First version of a working product (demo) won't be available untill Q2 2018. How can you have concerns with regard to the development?
Yes, that is a long time before product release.
Still, devs can keep us updated about the development progress.
