Though OAX is tradeable at etherdelta but using this exchange is way too complicated for many users.I was looking at the buy/sell sides to make a comparison and also saw the trading history which indicates this concern. It has hardly couple of days since it was released let the team to talk with more exchanges.

The trade volume in Liqui is next to 0.
I don't think that is some good trade platform.
OAX should be listed on some big one.
When you search Liqui some of the first results you get is huge problems regarding eth withdrawing maybe that is why most are afraid to deposit on there . I don't think that is some good trade platform.

why would any Centralized exchange such as Bittrex allow trading for any Token from any DE-Centralized competition?

Your question is valid and as far as I know exchanges do hesitate to list exchange tokens and bittrex, I doubt whether they would list this token.Similar is the case with esxcudo tokens.

OpenAnx is decentralized exchange to provide best services to other coins/tokens. That is the reason of seeing delay in listing on other exchanges in my opinion. They are doing work on their own platform more. It is necessary to let the market decide the value of the token by adding it on other exchanges. They have plans for everything surely. We need to wait for next updates.
One of the reason why I've joined open anx campaign is that they are offering a promising project that can rarely be seen these days. And there is a second crown sale and the project will work out in the next years so I will watched this and hold the coins.

When will we be able to trade this token ? I was expecting to see some news at the same time with the release of tokens. I understand that prototype is set to be released in Q2 2018 but we should be free to trade till that time. Anyone knows anything who is active in other channels where discussions are carried on ?

I really don't get why ANXPRO is not the first exchange to be annouced?? totally strange that this was not annouced on the day the tokens became tradable.

Hi bounty manager why for my 5 articles I have only accrued 25 coins http://prntscr.com/g22u1s? How to understand this in the rules for blogs said a minimum of 50 stake http://prntscr.com/g22y7l for the article and me for the article was given only 1 stake. What kind of chaos do you do? When will the foundation announce the exchanges? What was the price per token at ICO? Does each OAX initially cost in any exchange the price of $ 2 is an exaggeration? This question is pertinent because I received few tokens in the twitter campaign, at the price of $2 I'd have something around $38... 
So how much money has been raised during the ICO?
Does openANX already have a working product? Would Blocknet be the strongest competitor in this space?
