We were in a heads down period to get work done this week

Hence no too much noise from us.

First thing to get registration process as simple as possible

Next getting exchange working materials and planning global engagement for onboarding into that group

And of course getting Ethereum and erc20 support sorted out

We haven't gone on holiday quite the opposite , ramping up

Right now there is a large community buildup through many small contributions.

One of the prominent Ethereum figure suggested we should have as many individual contributions as possible to support the community and hence success of the project.

We are funded and could close at any time if the foundation boards agrees such.

Right now my personal preference is community building for the short term.

I am pretty sure that the KYC applies only to the people that invested $5,000 or more. If you didn’t invests that much money into openANX then you should be fine.

Thank you. Yes, when you are clicking "Contribute" button there is a warning about KYC & AML Policy and a link to "KYC & AML Policy", which redirects to this bottom of page. Also the information about KYC can be found in the Information Memorandum. It is assumed that the investor have "read, understood and agree" to this policy when clicks "I agree".
