now OC is under 100 sats. and there is no coming release.
the first thing you said is true, the second is not.
But... there isn't much OC for sale holding the price down and I have noticed bots have been playing at bittrex.
OC is a nice buying opportunity.
I have just bought them all!+1
People seem to be dumping this coin, or is there a WHALE that does not want this coin to rise JUST YET?
It is nice to be patiened but as fast the world spins atm, it would be really nice to know a time window for MN.
2 weeks? 4 weeks? 8 weeks?...........half a year?........one year?
Only waiting without knowing how long, is exhausting to me.
Sorry to say that so clear.
You do not need to be sorry SpecialKey. At the end, Orangecoin has got no respect for the early investors.
I know something might come out, but for me this definitely not the way to do things. This is way from Orangecoin, it is choice...but it is disrespectful to people who have invested and people supporting the coin.
Timeline:
June 7th was the original announcement for the MN/payment schedule. Then we got sidetracked with how to fund the MN.
June 15th, jim said it would "be weeks" for anon. We are close to a month, but it's only been 4 "weeks".
June 22nd, 1.0.4 released with Testnet. A testnet trial run: 14 days for mature period, 1-2 days to stake (being generous), wait for confirms, check everything. so 16 days minimum from June 22 puts us at July 8th, 4 days ago.
jim just gave an update/explanation 4 days ago.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7740704Seems like forever, when we're online everyday checking up on OC and we have been talking about the MN for a while. But we are just about on schedule from the way I'm looking at it. As you all know, Rome was not built in a day.... I also know just as much as the rest of the community in the respect of the release date.
Specialkey: You are entitled to feel that way, but i think you're too soon with the feelings. Just seems like its been a loooooong time. As far as the world spins, yes, the MN will be able to keep up with the pace of new ideas of other alt-coins and do more than any alt-coin's anon feature to date that I know of - based on my understanding of Jim's explanations and PM's. So we are still ok.
Cryptoba, I'm surprised to hear you say Orangecoin has no respect. The dev's have delivered quality all the way until now. While OCdev is offline, Jim is holding up the fort -- doing the work of 2 devs and juggling more than just the codes for OC. Jim has been very vocal as well.
And both of you know I'm in the same boat as you as a miner/early investor. As long as we have a dev, my confidence is still strong.
