This tragedy has been made worse by the recent discovery of high probability that arson is to blame and the fire was started deliberately. The AOK will run for 15 days and we understand that funds from the OHMC AOK will not be paid out until the end of the 15 days. As funds are added to the AOK, KRATE will disperse the equivalent amount out of KRATE's Ohmc supply to those in need so they do not need to wait for the AOK funding round to finish.
