Absolutely not. I can not talk about the details of the lawsuit, but the article is clear that all the claims of the video are true. The video showed certain things, that the Austin company does not agree with, so the Austin company sued the CT company. Unfortunately, any company can sue anyone else.
Good thing though: Truth is the absolute defense against defamation.
