For discussion, please step into the topic, I will keep this topic clean. Achievements, self praising kind of post will only be kept here.

I think I had enough of these common topics like "Finally a member/full member/hero/legendary", "xday/xmonth/xyear legendary", "x is finally a member/full member/hero/legendary now", "1k/2k/3k/..../nk merit club", "one/two/three/n milestones achieved", "I am now member/full member/hero/legendary", "From beginner to member/full member/hero/legendary in x days", "Got my 1st/2nd/3rd/.../nth badge", "celebrating 1year/2years/3years/.../n years", "My/his/their contribution to the forum", "x men forum guide list" the list is way too long!

Just look at Ratimov
1000-Day Legendary  29 merits
My contribution to the fight against low-value posts 70 merits
7k Merit Club. When is Legendary ? 5 merits
[END][GIVEAWAY]- Ratimov 2 Years on Bitcointalk - [PRIZE: 100$ in BTC] 30 merits

My 100 days on Bitcointalk 32 merits
Hoвый иcтoчник зacлyг - Ratimov. Oбcyждeниe. 33 merits

There could be more.

This just became a bad show to deceive for more merits. All have common scripts but coming with new covers.

The reputation board is already filled up with these kind of topics. Do we really want more to come? I think it's time for a common thread and let this thread do the job for you.

I got excited even getting to junior member, I know its still a far journey for me but I feel happy about it, I equally felt happy getting a merit after a post I made and it further encouraged me.

Funny enough i don't blame people that create a special thread for it because I almost did same due to excitement but I had to hold my self back.

Today marks my 10 year anniversary on bitcointalk.org
Spending a decade in the forum is a great achievement. It takes some level of hard work, tolerance, and consistency to stay here for that long. Retiring before the age of forty is extraordinary. I hope newbies like us will be able to become financially stable with Bitcoin in the future. Congratulations.
Wow, congratulations and I really admire your consistency. I just ranked up to Junior member and I'm happy for this little achievement I've made. I'm looking forward to more consistency, achievement and continuous knowledge on this forum. As they say, to climb up to the highest floor or peak you need to take one step at a time and I'm excited for more steps I'll take.

Stay excited. You need a good activity for the next 6 months to 1 year to become a Sr. Member. Once you reach to that point everything else will become easier.

Hopefully, everyone wanna to reach Legendary rank. If you go through enough post activity, merit isn't the barrier to getting a Legendary badge.

In my equation I considered Merit a constant variable. Like when you have enough activity, merit is not a number that is stopping you.

I didn't ask for it and I don't need it. That your estimation is trash without thinking of the other side of the rank development. And that can only work if the person has already gotten the required merits in the next rank and only activity keep the person then the person has to wait until the required activities complete which is the time you are estimated. And you made your comment without thinking of merits. There are some people that had spend more than 6 months in the forum yet they are still in the same rank because of merits. And this your estimation can only accurately work in altcoinstalks because there, you use activity to rank up and not in Bitcointalk forum. Many people in this forum has surpassed that your State of ranking up and they are still struggling to rank up because merits, therefore your estimation is not correct again.

Congratulations on my rankup to member
It's a baby step. You still have a long way to go. Full member, then Sr. followed by Hero and Legendary. All will take you around 1 to 1.5 years if you are constantly active on the forum.
Lolz! That term is used in other forum (altcoinstalks) and as you said he still has a very long journey in the forum to the higher ranks. And that can take him not less than 2 to 3 years and I am estimating those years base on the way the forum is with this present generation. Many things have changed, mostly merit distribution which is the highest factor to grow in the forum. But his ability to create qualitative post can fast track the movement. Congratulations to him for his new rank of Member.

Congratulations on my rankup to member

Celebrating 60 activities and a few merits might not be a nice idea to some people because I have seen people with thousands of merits and activities. However, this is my humble beginning, I am so happy to be a member. It will take a whole lot of effort to add 'full' to my member. I believe with consistency, time and community support, I will reach there one day. Thank you and be happy for me.

I hope this post meets the criteria in the OP.

Nothing special with my account though, but I'm hoping one day I'll reach the max rank-up level. Not in a hurry though, since I'm active in the forum, I learn a lot, and maybe contribute a little. I'm hoping that in the future, I can contribute even more. I'm lucky that I didn't experience the introduction of merits for ranking up—before, it was all about activity. But that's not important to me now; what's important is that I've learned a lot here from the members who share information for everyone, especially those really aiming to rank up. I can see their effort in sharing, although there are some who try too hard, which we can easily notice just by looking at their accounts. But there are also those who are sincere in what they do and aren't just merit-hunting, leaving it up to fate whether they'll receive merits or not.

It's a challenge for me to get 100 merits for Legendary rank. Though, as I said, I'm not in a rush, and I'm not online full-time since I also have a business to manage. But I'll try my best because we're getting close. Congratulations, by the way, to those who have recently ranked up—you inspire me. I hope that even though you've ranked up, you'll continue contributing to the forum. Despite being outnumbered by spammers, our collective efforts have helped maintain the quality of this forum.

Can we keep this thread limited to forum achievements?
There are 14 posts by 3 users with 10 merit has removed so far by the OP - so I think the OP will actually moderate it. It's likely the OP will remove any posts that don't meet the standards based on the description of this thread - if it's not about forum achievements, then it's likely to be removed like the previous 3 users.

Some people are so eager to share their happiness on the forum even though it has nothing to do with the forum's achievements. They should be able to limit it to private and not consider it an achievement that needs to be announced - I mean, not everything that happens in the real world, especially about personal life, needs to be announced.

MY TWIN FINALLY ARRIVED

OK, so is this thread basically a free-for-all where you can tell the mostly anonymous and very much not-cohesive community something you're excited about IRL?  The reason I ask is that if it is, it could quickly turn into a crap thread full of nonsense.  Also, to be honest there are people having babies all over the world and my level of excitement over that approaches zero.  Since I don't know Obari whatsoever, I'm not going to be phony and congratulate him.  I have no idea what kind of person he is, and like most members here, he's just a username with some posts.

Can we keep this thread limited to forum achievements?

MY TWIN FINALLY ARRIVED

Greetings from me and my household and hope my message gets to the community well.
I was supposed to make this post since yesterday but the joy was so much that I couldn’t even pick the phone to announce it over here that’s why I’m doing it here.
I’m using this singular opportunity to announce to the community that my family has been blessed with twin baby girls yesterday at around 10am GMT and I want to also say a special thank you to @AB De Royse777 who has always stood by me from even before my marriage to during my marriage and to this very point of child birth.
Thank you sir @Ab de Royse777 for your unconditional love and support.

To memehunter, thank you to breaking your rules to support me, thank you and to the entire bitcointalk community, thank you all for the love and support.

Thank you satoshi for bitcoin and the forum and I will always do my best to be the best father for my daughters.

I am happy to be the part of your joy buddy. Take care of the babies and the mother. Girls are always special to a father :love
