How long does it take BitMain to send a warranty replacement
I had an S1 that was DoA and another S1 that had a blade die after about a week. I first requested an RMA March 23rd and you replied requesting LuCi screenshots for the dead S1s. I sent them March 24th and have not heard anything since
I was exactly in the same situation - received heavily used S1 with the dead blade, sent them LuCi screenshots and Bitmain just stopped replying.
They don't honor their warranty at all.
Guys its been at least 2 out of 10 of bitmain that were used (much dust), and also overclocked!
Are they serious? How can they have warranty when they send them o'cked?
Support also sucks, sorry.
