Here is a snapshot taken an hour or so ago direct from the parkbyte.com node: https://www.parkbyte.com/downloads/pkb-snapshot.zip (you need to delete the "database" and "txleveldb" folders along with blk0001.dat)

Alternatively PKB Electrum does still work .... https://github.com/parkbyte/electrumparkbyte/releases/tag/2.6.2.2

Well, either your snapshot is on a fork, or I am fucked !!!
Can the OFFICIAL @Parkbyte Admin please put a SNAPSHOT out of the correct Blockchain!!!!!!!!!!

For fuck sakes, lets get some support here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone have a working snapshot they can share here?  I've been downloading the blockchain but it'll be tight to get it all and transfer before Bittrex deletes the wallets tomorrow...  Thanks in advance!

Just uploaded the fresh blockchain snapshot:

ive been okay running 1112 from start,  dont use any user posted dat files,   then may include virus attack vectors... let it pull the whole blockchain down from start.

its really probably not worth your time though,   there are no PKB exchanges,  and the developer  (single point of failure)   has abandoned the project.

i woiuld like to move my PKB from YoBit  but they have stolen  them during this recession.   it would be opporturnistic to Stake During the Darkeness,   but the PKB have pbecome dead ----- no suport,  no  exchange,   nothing put a staking wallet online

There are enough exchanges out there who will list PkB for 0.5-1BTC easily.

I have updated the ParkByte GitHub to fix some issues.

Please find below an updated Windows QT Wallet (v1.1.2.1) and a bootstrap.dat file taken yesterday

Windows QT Wallet v1.1.2.1 - https://www.parkbyte.com/downloads/ParkByte-qt-1.1.2.1.zip
Bootstrap.dat 01/12/2018 - https://www.parkbyte.com/downloads/PKB-Blockchain-Bootstrap-01122018.zip

Please also update any Unix systems using the Github source - https://github.com/parkbyte/ParkByte

I updated to latest version V1.1.2.1 and I used the Bootstrap.dat file but it won't sync. It gets to a point and then just gets stuck there.

ANY HELP @ParkByte HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?

so let me understand? yobit it is the only exchange right?
and it is not working?
so I can't withdraw the coins to my wallet?
correct?

Correct. They are running their PKB wallet on a wrong chain and are too lazy/don't care to fix it.

Dev, any plans for listing Parkbyte on more exchanges? The only one is Yobit - a scammy exchange that runs PKB wallet on a wrong chain Tongue
Yes, most people have figure it out that yobit is an exchange that makes people lost most of their assets. a lot of people who don't want to make deals there, you should consider registering your coins on a better exchange.

For all returning members,   Please note that The PKB Community is contacting  YoBit and requesting that they sync their wallet.

Send those m8s a frinedly message and ask for the update.   Thx

Hi, can you repost that snapshot, the link you provide no longer has it.

Thanks.

Here is a more recent blockchain snapshot: https://mega.nz/#!9ZBAVISa!rEB28Ra3YE5qFD1ceeTDO8A1w2xqQsdVVxplhCEgOdo

By the way since Yobit is the only market for PKB, we wanna try make them sync the wallet properly, cuz it's running on a fork right now.

So anyone who has an account on Yobit please write to the support and ask them to resync the wallet. Hopefully if there is enough people bugging them they will take care of this issue.

Thank you.
Yes I got a Yobit account and I can bug them... so how would they do it?  Becasue I tried to sync from block 0 but it gets stuck!!!! or I might have done something wrong... don't know.

Form my experience many Windows wallets with GUI tend to be buggy compared to their linux versions. Hopefully Yobit runs Linux.
I also provided them with the blockchain snapshot to make their job much easier. Not sure if they're gonna use it though.

Tanks - so is anyone else here locked out of their Parkbyte?   is anyone doing anything on Parkbyte mates?   All i would like is to get back the coins for my wallet so that i can stake but it Might Be Real that this Project doesnt exist anymore,  nobody with YoBit can troubleshood mate

Glad You're Back George - I initiated a TX from YoBit wallet inadvertently just after their wallet went out of Sync.... what is the most likely state of those Tokens?   Is there anyway to know whether YoBit even initted a TX or not?   They Do Not Respond to any comments/ direct messages - its widely regarded as the most UnSafe ExchanGe in all of Cryptos

All I know is that until yobit fixes their wallet, consider your coins stuck in limbo.
And yes, I agree about the most unsafe exchange. Only trade there what you are willing to lose.
