without an exchange this coin will be forgotten soon, i think it was better to make an OTC thread to vitalize this at least

I'm willing to throw in some BTC to get this listed on Cryptopia.  Anyone else interested?

Anyone?  Haha!

I could be interested also.

I wish the dev to update the code first in order to stop timestamp attack.

Like I said before, I will update the code when the original PascalCoin has a stable and bug free release.
Version 1.5.1 of PascalCoin still has this timestamp bug, just go look in their thread. Apparently Nanopool is exploiting it and collecting most of the blocks. That and there are other issues as well since Poloniex had to disable the PASC wallet twice this week.

No reason to update yet...

So Claymore's new miner now supports dual mining for PASC.

So if we get a pool, which has enabled stratum mining, it will be very difficult to mine the coin then since the difficulty will be very high.

So mine away while the difficulty is low enough for solo mining, if by some luck the coin has some value in the future, you won't be able to mine it then for profit.

Alright who is posting these messages? As far as I know nobody performs the time cheat anymore. No reason to anyways since the difficulty is very low.

Well I got in contact with Cryptopia. They would list us however they require 0.33 BTC.

I'll see if they will accept PASL Coins as a bounty however I don't think they will.

At the moment 0.33BTC is outside of my budget. I don't even own enough PASL coins to cover that even if I sold all my coins.

I will search around and see if some other up and coming exchange is interested in listing us.

Is this something we could escrow?  I'd be willing to put in a few bucks.

You mean crowdfund? Yes if more people are interested its something we can do.

Its basically 1,000,000 DOT and according to this market

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=DOT_BTC

That would mean 0.25 BTC.

Maybe it'll be even cheaper if BTC keeps going higher.

By the way, restart node 35.165.16.168.

It doesn't seem to want to connect, I had to restart mine also because it froze.

Restarted node 35.165.16.168 about 5 min ago. Any idea on how long it takes to reconnect as a server?

Weird. I am getting no data from 35.165.16.168

Maybe download the newer wallet, erase your %APPDATA%/PascalLite directory and let it sync from the beginning.

Will do

The hashrate is listed in the wallet on the BlockChain Database tab.

Is someone gaming the system?

It looks like most of the blocks are found by someone who has couple of words as a name like "firstnot, twoas, onwork", and they find a cluster of consecutive blocks.

I lost at least one block that was shown in the wallet as a found block and in the explorer, but not sure if it was orphaned for a legitimate reason?

He's been mining this coin for a while and seems like a legitamite miner. You probably mined an orpahn so it didn't get counted as a block.

When the diff is low and the blocks are getting found in less than a minute, you can end up with many orpahns.
