The difference between this coin and PascalCoin is that this coin is called PascalLite instead of Pascal Coin and that the block reward is 50 (hence the word lite ) instead of 100.

No thats the private key, erase your wallet and create a new one.
Do you mean WalletKeys.dat?
Yes delete your entire %APPDATA%/Pascallite directory and relaunch the wallet and you will get a new private key.
